This store is a disgrace, my 88 year old grandpa went there cuz he was having an issue with mobile data and instead of fixing the issue they tried to sell him a new phone. The issue was so simple that he was able to fix it by himself without any technical knowledge. You guys should be ashamed.

Unfortunately you need to be on their highest 5G plan in order to get a new phone… you can’t even pay for it outright. But, the staff was very polite and seemed to know a good deal of tech knowledge. I asked numerous questions about the display, dimensions, camera, new features, etc, and he seemed to know the answers immediately. I moved from MetroPCS and o T-Mobile for the phone upgrade specifically. All in all I had a good experience and would recommend them.

I have been with metro for over a decade and also worked for metro. Customer service was lacking here, went in there to upgrade my existing metro phone and got a better deal online. Also this store doesn’t honor upgrades you have to go to a few different stores but I don’t suggest this store. Store operators were too busy on their phones that I had to greet them. Just overall worse experience I’ve had at a metro store.

Carlos and the rest of the staff were very helpful, professional, and caring. Gave us some info if we wanted to upgrade. Always exceptional service. The best cell phone service I've ever had. Look into it.
