No lines when I arrived. They were able to quickly identify the problem with a phone I purchased off the internet.

They seem to help everyone with some problems. I had a lot of questions on how to update my apps; there was a small child running around screaming made it hard to concentrate. Some people just need to learn how to be a better parent

Went in and spoke with a gentleman named Angel. By far the best customer service I've received in 10 years with metro! He deserves a raise and maybe a paid day off lol Keep up the wonderful work Angel
