BARBARA and MARYJO caused me, TWICE, to Laugh Out Loud (LOL) - on both my transactions (1 return and 1 sale)! I told them to tell KOHL'S to charge customers for helping us leave the store with a big smile on our faces! PLEASE reward THEM for being able to achieve that in our present crazy world!
And, ALLISON was delightful in explaining to us "old" ladies how we may find the sizes we needed on KOHL'S website!

“Grew up coming to Sand Key and had to stop by my favorite gift shop! They have soooo many t-shirt options. You can pick your favorite print and color shirt and they’ll make it right there! Lots of magnets, keychains, and other souvenirs. Family owned business that I’ll continue to visit each year :)”

“love hot topic but i just want to say i am EXTREMELY upset that a store that is supposed to be alternative fashion and have alternative bands and humor has SABRINA CARPENTER shirts sold. seriously a store for alternative people to express themselves sells SABRINA CARPENTER shirts. i am extremely disappointed. hottopic your downfall is coming if you keep up with this stupid behavior. pop artists do not belong in a store for alternative people. this store used to be a staple for emos and now its trashed by pop artists like sabrina carpenter and probably gonna be taylor swift next. this is seriously annoying and i am so upset that youre changing the brand and turning yet another alternative shop into a basic pop one. seriously what are you doing.”
“I came here trying to find my husband's grandmother a birthday gift not really knowing her style and was kinda confused about larger sizes. Ms. Dounia was so personal and exceptional with her customer service that I wanted her to come work with me! She is a Great asset to the Store. She told me where in the department store to shop, she told me that the size I was looking for would be between 1X & 2X. She gave me her opinion to help me decide on what to get for her, and she even hung the clothes up for me and gave me a box (knowing it was a gift). I truly appreciated her that day! Ms. Dounia was amazing, and because of her, I will be coming back!”

“My favorite shop when in CWB. Lots of great t shirts, as well as flip flops and cool stuff. The staff could definitely be friendlier. The lady working on Saturday am was complaining about some dude showing up to work before his shift and called him a moron. Much less than professional. She should have been more focused on being helpful and less on her coworker. She certainly wasn’t friendly. I felt so bad for the young guy having to work with such a harsh lady. If the manager or owner sees this, she needs some coaching.”

I'm a bigger girl and went to 4 major department stores, went too Old Navy in between Country Side Mall and Tried City Plaza, ended my shopping trip BACK at Old Navy to make my purchase. “We walked in LATE in the evening, and they waited until we were finished shopping to close the store! They could've turned us away, but they chose not to! That's the sign of a great business in the area!!! Many could learn from their salesmanship! The 2 employees were absolutely wonderful and eager to please, while showing us items after items discounting each! We walked away as happy as they were with making the sales! The store is clean and loaded with merchandise and playing great music? A lot of it is common from tourist surf shops along the strip! Worth the visit to look around and a gem of a store! ?”

We were fortunate enough to visit this shop while on vacation in Clearwater Florida. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend visiting. If not, she got a shop online!”
