Price to change batteries from watches are not competitive. The guy looked at me and made me pay almost $70 to change the batteries from 3 watches.

Their gold they claim is real is really fake!!!! They will not return your money either!!! My stuff kept breaking necklace and bracelet and eventually got tired of fixing it so I upgraded and went to sell well they were all fake no wonder they were breaking I wasted $400 on both for $10 worth of gold plated metal!!! THEY ARE FRAUDS!!!

Very rude ignored me (skinny guy with glasses )a few months back cause I guess I didn’t dress the part I guess lol . Went down stairs and spent my 4K else where , & most recently i tried to give this place another shot and the same guy was rude & short with me when asking questions. Soooo I went down stairs again and spent my money else where . ??

Jay was amazing helped me customize my wedding bands , they didn’t have the brides wedding bands so he had it custom made. Plus free engraving on the band . Great place to buy from Thanks Jay for the service.
