I was very disappointed that the new local surf attire business I found to be full of selections had such a stringent exchange criteria. Yes i removed the tag (from what I’m told) and yes I lost the receipt. This is more of a principle violation and me wanting to share my experience to see if this local business cares. When you’re the first business to reject my (zero loss) exchange in many years I felt like that policy is out of touch. Plus the conflict that arises can be uncomfortable for your employees and the customer. Which it was. The young lady had a stone cold, not even looking at the shirt, attitude with her teammates huddled around and me just walking away with my tail between my legs. Obvious problem with that picture to an aware owner. The insinuation was we don’t trust you as our customer which is awkward at the least. Imagine you walk into a store slightly unprepared. However, expecting the usual courtesy without even looking anything up and just letting me swap the sizes or at least Looking up my very recent purchase on a card and simply exchanging a large for a medium. Instead being met with a hard no and a loose loose situation for everyone. Now a policy is policy I get it. I really don’t care about $20. But your profits care when out of touch policies or employees loose possibly thousands from a single customer disgracing. Provided at no charge courtesy of your shop.

Stumble by this beautiful shop today, and wow it was amazing, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiling faces, browsing around the men’s section everything well organized and stocked, today Monica was the one that helped me out she made sure I was well attended thanks Monica will be back soon?
