My husband and I have spent thousands of dollars in this store. Today I was in to purchase a refrigerator. The lady in the appliance section was incompetent. Firstly, she already had an attitude when approached about wanting to purchase a refrigerator. I ignored it and continued to go on to try to purchase the item. She was originally helping me with my purchase and then begins to help another customer instead of calling someone to help her out, so when I begin to ask her a question she acts as I am a nuisance. I walk to customer service and ask an employee to speak to a manager where I then again am disrespected. Lowe’s clearly cannot hire people that have any customer service skills what so ever. Reevaluate where you spend your hard earned money.

Had a store credit of 53.00 on a card from them. Went go use it and they said yes 53.00 on it but we cant find you in system with drivers license. Dont care just want to use card. Nope wont do it. So basically they can say that to anyone! I felt like a criminal! This should be illegal! Ever again will step foot in a Lowes.

I ordered 145 fence slats to be delivered. These were horrible. They were covered in a silk looking substance and appeared to have been outside for a very long time. Several were so bad my finger went through them. Not how to treat a customer. I shop there way too often to be treated like that.

5-23-24 Curbside pickup S Clearwater did not go well. I paced my order the night before and received text around 10:45 am it was ready. I parked in curbside pickup spot and checked in. There was another person next to me waiting. After 10+ minutes I checked my order and it said they were backed up. 2 people were waiting. The customer next to me went in the store and I did the same shortly after. I told customer service I was waiting and no one came so please get me my order. Blank look from one clerk and another guy mumbled something and headed toward the garden section which was where all my items came from. The customer in the curbside spot next to me walked out with his order. 10+ more minutes and the employee came out of the garden section and loaded my truck. I didn’t notice until I got home there was a huge hole in the bag of rocks and a piece was missing from the hose box. First and probably last time I use curbside to save time.

While at work, I received 3 calls back, to back, to back. A man has a very overtly obvious attitude demanding to speak with "Romeo". I advised I was not that person and requested he remove me from whatever call-list "debt collector " he represented. He proceeds with his best tough guy impression to give me a hard time, prior to me hanging up. Upon researching and to my surprise, I found the number belongs to this Lowe's. Of which I found that entire interaction tacky and unprofessional. Do better Lowe's.

Came in looking for turf for a project and went and waited around for 20 minutes and spoke with three associates with no help. Last associate said the guy who cuts the material is probably on break. I came back an hour later after running an errand nearby. That's when I found Ozzy who was great and very helpful, he checked to see if the item was in stock and he said it was. He also went out of his way to find David who was in charge of cutting the material and told me he was still on break. Thanks Lowe's guess I'll go to Homedepot to find what I need. I honestly can't be waiting all day.

I want to start off by saying I have had the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a retail store chain at this Lowe’s. I spent over $1300 for appliances that had to be returned three times. Their delivery guys couldn’t be worse. They send 2 90 pound guys to deliver heavy equipment and every time they came they damaged it and I had to send it back. The manager Christina is the nastiest, rudest, most unpleasant person that I have ever dealt with in a managers position, and her manager is impossible to get in touch with. I’ve asked for the regional manager‘s (Chad Sanders) email or contact number at least three times and Christina wouldn’t give it to me. Lowes does this so you have no way of dealing with anybody other than their very basic customer service phone number which was zero help. This was the first time I bought an appliance on my own and I have to say that I will never, ever go to a Lowe’s again in my life, not even for a lightbulb. Having said that, finally after two months of hell I completely returned everything (by the way getting a refund is a nightmare) and I finally went to Home Depot where the purchase was easy, the delivery was seamless, and it was a pleasurable experience. Everybody asked me, why did you go to Lowe’s anyway, why didn’t you just go to Home Depot? Lesson learned.. never again will I darken Lowe’s doors. Also, if anybody from Lowe’s higher up team sees this, just know that your managers are allowed to treat customers like crap because there is no way that we can get in touch with their managers. Also, I am asking please, don’t send me your proverbial copy and paste response that only leads to your horrible useless customer service team.
