I recently visited Lokey Nissan to have my driver's side headlight diagnosed and replaced, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and truly cared about getting the job done right.
A special shoutout to Lee A., the service advisor, who went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and ensured that everything was taken care of promptly. It's rare to find such dedication to customer service these days, but Lee and the team at Lokey Nissan truly exceeded my expectations.
Also I would like to thank the Nissan tech (Rick L) who performed the maintenance on my truck. The job was done seamlessly and to perfection.
I have owned several BMW's in the past and the service I received today (from Lokey Nissan) was equal to if not better than the service provided by BMW - and BMW provides a great customer experience.
Lee is my new permanent service advisor! He is the number one reason I would purchase another Nissan from Lokey!

We recently purchased a new Nissan Rogue from Lokey Nissan. Our salesperson was Matt David. He was great to work with. He was caring and listened to our concerns about our new car purchase. We are an older couple and he was very patient and kind. I would highly recommend asking for Matt David when you visit this dealership! His product knowledge was refreshing. After the sale he was very helpful in explaining the features and options on our new Rogue. During the process he even came in to meet with us at a time that he was not scheduled. This was a great car buying experience thanks to Matt!

Just got my second vehicle from Nissan. My experience at Lowkey versus Maus were very different, I’ve had some issues at the Maus location but this Clearwater location was like night and day for me. Chris (sales man to both my Nissan purchases) got me into a brand new 2024 Altima for a good price! Everyone from the manager Christian, other staffing, and finance guy were all just a joy to be around and super welcoming. Finance guy was a bit slammed and could have used some support to close out the evening sales, but he maintained a positive attitude. Thank you to everyone involved and making my experience with you all amazing.

Drove to Lokey Nissan "possibly" looking for a good deal. I was blown away by the level of friendly service, their knowledge and concern for our purchase. I told them I wanted something that sticks out and was a great deal.
They informed me that they had just received a 2018 Ford F150 Raptor fully loaded with every option including tons of aftermarket items. I fell in love instantly.
Both my sales team, Matt and Trevor ensured I had everything I needed for it. Jordan the sales manager worked with me on my budget and you could see how dedicated he is to making the customers happy with their purchase. Financing worked with me to get me a power train warranty even though it had mileage outside the range required for a bumper to bumper warranty. I will be getting my next vehicle here! They are the best car dealership around!.

I visited Lokey Nissan with a specific truck in mind and was pleasantly greeted by Colby and Gino. They did a wonderful job showing the truck and were very upfront and honest about pricing. We were able to come to an agreement on price and they both helped me through the process from start to finish. It was a very pleasant experience overall. I went to Lokey Nissan yesterday to discuss end of lease options on my '21 Rogue and I was pleasantly greeted by Jeremy Shayne who explained my options in detail. I decided to look at another Rogue. He showed me the perfect one with all the options I was looking for, especially the the automatic liftgate release which was most important to me. He even double checked to make sure it was in the car. I told him I wanted blue and he found a beauty for me. It has many upgrades including a sunroof, leather seats, automatic start which is a nice addition. I am excited and thrilled with my new Rogue and I have Jeremy to thank for it. He is outstanding and a true delight. He made the whole grueling process easy and fun. I look forward to Jeremy helping me in the future. Thank you Jeremy! Thank you all at Lokey Nissan.
