This is what happens when you hire a 12 year old. The least you can do is teach them basic customer service. When a customer gets upset at the bombardment of emails, this is the energy you will get over at Lokey Nissan. He signed a document when hired with a list of terms which are prohibited. Breach of contract. Do better Lokey.

The company sales manager declined the sale of the car at the price displayed on the true car app. Clear bait and switch scheme that should be illegal.

All around HORRIBLE experience with Lokey Nissan. I absolutely would stay away from these guys1) bought my car from them- only to discover they reported the wrong milage on the paper work. I had to go back the next day and redo all paperwork.2) was told via sales the free oil changes includes synthetic oil. That was a lie- it's only basic oil3) their shuttle service is beyond a joke! After waiting for an hour- I called for an Uber.4) experienced an issue where check engine came on and dropped off car. They determined the issue and told me this is covered the warranty but the part would not be in until the next day. Totally understandable.Next day I received a call asking how my service was and if everything was to my satisfaction. Confused - I stated you still have my car and asked if it is completed. They put me on pause came back and confirmed that my car was not completed. And I'd receive a call later.Well later came and at 530 pm I never heard anything so I called into service only to be told my car is still not completed. I asked if I can get a rental or a loaner for work as they will have my car now for 4 days and was told that they would call me at 730 the next morning.I received a message from Dave - owner of their loyalty program after I bought my car and he stated I can reach out to him if there are ever any issues. So I did! His direct response:"I'm sorry to hear you're having issues but I've left for the day and will not be back until Friday afternoon"Talk about lack of customer service!! Basic communication is a skill this location doesn't have and could have prevented all of this.

We have bought three automobiles from this dealership. Their team is always professional, courteous and helpful. From the sales and finance team to the entire service team, the dealership is top notch. Their signature lifetime oil change service has saved thousands of $$$$. The service lobby is comfortable and stocked with snacks, sodas, water, and coffee for customers enjoyment. The restrooms are always clean and comfortable. Give them a try

Im really torn on this review. Walking in a car dealership as a single woman is always a bit challenging, and I'm not sure I got the best deal. They did seem to try to be accomadating. The sales manager, Christian West, is a true gentleman, I can't say enough good things. The finance manager, Kurt, went the extra mile for me. But a BIG warning to stay away from the salesman James Webb, I had a very difficult time dealing with him - he was rude and belligerent! To the point of getting disciplined by the manager. STAY AWAY! You will have a much better experience if you do!I also had a similar experience as Neena in her review above. Deceitful advertising. The online ad read $24,999. But what they don't tell you is that price is for military, first responders, fire fighter etc. So, in reality it's $28- false and deceitful - never once mentioned that. They also tried to tack on a maintenance pkg, without mentioning that was optional. They have a decent history and reputation in this area. Just be careful and watch them.....something you should not have to do.....hence dealers get a bad reputation.

Online ad said" 2022 NEW Nissan Rogue Sport SL MSRP $33540, YOU SAVE $7867, Aged inventory customer cash $500, YOUR PRICE $25,173. Excited thinking year old NEW car they want to dump. Got there...SOLD. Second choice""2022 NEW Nissan Rogue Sport SL MSRP $31625, You SAVE $7338, aged inventory $500, Your price $23,787. NO...you don't get the $7338 discount unless you walk through fire. Must be financed/leased, military, recent college grad, trade in...list goes on. Tried to sell me down to a smaller car..and tried to charge me $24000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Told me all dealers do this. Good reason not to buy a new car. I cashed in a CD early to pay cash and took a loss based on their ad. ADVERTISING FRAUD in my opinion.

I wasn't even at the dealership today, believe it or not. Her name is Victoria and her excuse is that she's "new".Yes, Lokey has handled every one of my complaints and issues I've had. But for great customer service issue handling, should you have argue with an associate and then have to escalate to management? Last time I had to speak with Mr Lokey himself. He was very accommodating, but only after I had the distress of a service person arguing with me over things that were promised. This is my 4th or 5th such experience and this time I'm hitting Dealer Rater.Such was the experience I had today with an unwelcome text from the dealership whose sales texting I not only opted out of a while back but had to argue it because I kept getting contacted by salespeople after that trying to buy back my car to "fill their lot". This text was from Victoria. Her text read:"Hey, This is Victoria From Lokey Nissan! I'm reaching out to touch base with you before your upcoming service appointment. Here's the deal my boss has put me in charge of filling my used car lot and I really like to have your car on it. Because of the supply shortage, I would be able to get you more than what the car is worth! If you could do me this favor I would most certainly return the favor on my end. All it takes is 15 min of your time while you're waiting in service. Let me know if you're interested. Simply reply Y for yes and N for no"My response? What would yours be if you've already opted out and then have to have them only text you again several times before finally stopping? Obviously, Victoria did not care to take the time to look up who I was or to even stumble on the fact that she was representing the dealership from which I opted out of texts. I calmly replied "STOP" (standard opt-out), but received no message back. I noticed that my "STOP" text had a "read" indication but no reply. Now, based on the fact that I had already put this to rest months ago, I became upset. I then sent a text message demanding to be taken off their text list now saying that I was about to do exactly this, going on Dealer Rater, rating 1 star, naming Victoria.Instead of handling me like the valued customer Mr Lokey himself told me I was, Victoria condescends to send the following text:"You simply just had to say no, my manager has me reaching out to customers in our system. I'm new here. My apologies for reaching out to you and doing my job. "Excuse me? Does she think this will make me ever want to give them my car for their profit? My only response "Wow". Then I said, " I'll be showing your response to Mr Lokey when I ask to speak with him on Monday when I'm there for service. Really condescending."To which this dealership representative felt compelled to answer with further antagonistic condescension, saying: "Lol you just said you'd give me a 1-star review, but no worries I will let my managers know! have a good weekend, frank!"Mr Lokey, I am beside myself you'd hire someone like this, turning them loose on the phones. I realize ou can't do all the dealership jobs, nor can your sales and service managers who have been decent when I've had to escalate, but this is enough. Not that I was texted again, but that as someone representing your advertised values, she would condescend like this.I'm pretty sure I won't buy another car from you. Further, won't recommend you any longer and will share this experience with others. I'm only coming for my oil change Monday because I paid for it, PLENTY, I might add. After paying close to $2,600 on this deal for "free oil changes and 150-point inspections" (something I couldn't decline, nor could I ever receive its value worth on the life of the car) I'm offended by this.I know this is something you wouldn't personally do to a customer. I'm beside myself that I even had to stop everything I was doing and write th

Well Lokey is ok but stay away from the 2022 Pathfinder Passenger seat is way too low and a big safety issueThey fixed it with the 2023 model year, but ignore the people with the 2022 model.I feel like we got scammed and now no one will do anything.Spend 40k on a suv and the passenger seat is so low that if you are under 5 ft 2 you can't see anything over the hood and if the airbag deploys it would be really bad for the passenger.I feel Lokey should have told us about this issue since my wife is 5 foot 2.When she test drove it she was the driver not the passenger so buyer beware!!!!

long story short: Bill C the manager got legitimately angry with me for not accepting his rip-off of a deal. I guess because I am a young woman who went in alone he thought it was okay to talk to me like that and try to intimidate me into getting a car. It didn't work. Like another review said, they're tacking on 2 fees that add up to 5,000 for new vehicles. insanity. My mom bought a used Nissan from them that they didn't disclose was a previously smoked in car and they bamboozled her into signing the papers before even seeing the car. It took weeks of her calling for them to finally right their wrong and fix the smoke smell. Like another review said, the service post deal is pretty bad. She's still waiting on one thing they promised in negotiations - It has been 4 months.Do not recommend

I'm so torn about this review. I bought my 2020 Nissan rogue here on New Year's Eve at the end of the 2020 year (I was 6 months pregnant so I had to sell the 350Z and get something bigger and more family-friendly). I got a stellar deal. This was in part due to securing a price over the phone and of course not financing through the dealership. It was a lot of back and forth but at the end of the day I feel like I won (an accomplished feeling after spending the afternoon at any car dealership). Fast-forward a year and a half, baby is now 17 months old, and I come in for a routine oil change. The service advisor greets me, as well as the sales manager, who advises they really need Rogues and they would be willing to pay me more than I paid for my car almost 2 years ago. It sounded too good to be true; and at the end of the day, more than likely was. After negotiating the trade value and the price of the car, I went into the financing office 3+ hours later and somehow they had raised the price of the car by $3000! Now at this point, I've had my baby with me the entire time and he had been handling things like a champ, but at 3 1/2 hours later, ANY child would be falling apart and ready for a nap. Miles was no different. I love that this dealership offers lifetime oil changes and tons of snacks and beverages for customers while they wait for service or are doing a deal. I now feel like the free oil changes are a way for them to get their vehicles back and rope customers into spending even more money while thinking they're getting a good deal. I was all about this dealership until the Telluride experience. I'm sure there are worse out there but just sharing my experience with the hope that it helps others.

Super friendly. Rick was awesome in helping me find the right mirror after being side-swiped on US 19N. Have always trusted Lokey Nissan for all my auto needs and have referred countless people to this particular dealership. Kudos to the parts, service, and sales department!
