**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Sales, Service and Genuine Care**
I recently purchased a vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Clearwater, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team of Lexi, Ray & John was incredibly attentive and dedicated to ensuring I was comfortable and informed throughout the process. They communicated every detail clearly, kept me updated, and made sure all my questions were answered. They even picked us up from the airport!
What really stood out was the follow-up after the sale. Not only did they check in to ensure everything was going smoothly, but they also made a point to call the next day to make sure I got home safely after our drive up North. It’s rare to find such genuine care in customer service these days.

Awesome place! My sbc failed on my 06 e350, had a ticket in on it and at first they wouldn’t fix it but then it happened again later on so they actually towed my car for free, they credit me a 100 lyft ride. they wanted me to pay for the diagnostic but then it started to fail right in front of them. they ended up fixing and replacing everything for free completely. Eric was awesome & so was his team. they had the job done super quick and then had it nice and shiny for me back in beside other mercedes. Thank you to you guys, i’m extremely grateful, you guys handled everything in less than 24hrs! saved my life and my families. i thought it was the end of the world. excellent service there, everyone was so nice and friendly!

Purchased a one year old barely used car from MB of Clearwater and even though we're were there too close to closing time. Estaban went out of his way to help us get through the easy and fast process of getting this car. I have never had a purchase go so fast and efficiently as it did at MB of Clearwater. The car was detailed, gassed up and he helped us with all the new tech, paired the phone and set us up in the app for the car. Such outstanding service on top of a great price.

From the time we walked in the door until the time we left we were treated as family. Our salesman truly went above and beyond to make us comfortable and make the process as seamless as possible. I normally dread car shopping and this has totally changed my mindset. Our salesman, Vilius Vainilavicius was so knowledgeable and helpful. We highly recommend him to anyone who is in the market. After extensive car shopping for 2 weeks I finally check Mbenz Dealership on Clearwater. Kudos to Demetrios Mina sales associate that help me find my car today , very friendly, professional, courteous, hassle free, and made the entire transaction smooth. He went above and beyond showing car options that range on your budget and he is patient even with the hot weather. Will see him again on future purchase. If you need a salesman I recommended him as your salesman
- update 8/27/2024 strut on vehicle already giving up with this car and only put 2k miles on it , extended warranty does not even cover the repair ridiculous and also the daytime running light was yellow and notified sales week after purchase and mbenz not connecting was charged extra to reset the module, never did not do any follow up with concern or fix issue. Disappointed.

John Boraski was very nice, friendly and helpful. He took the time to understand why we were interested in the vehicle and helped us by providing photos,videos and answering all the questions we had before and after the sale.
Dan Rasp very thoughtfully took a great deal of time to give a thorough explanation of all the functions and features of the car.

I dropped off my 2022 G550 yesterday at 7 AM. I received a txt message thanking me for dropping it off and stating that if I had any questions to call or txt that number. This morning I have txted that number 3 times to get an update without a response. I have called twice this morning to get an update and was told a service advisor will call me back but no one has responded. Do yourself a favor and got to the Tampa dealership. My 1st and last time at this dealership for service.
Update: Received a call back from a random service advisor. Told me he didn't know anything that was going on with the car. provided no details. Wasn't his responsibility because there is only 2 of them and they are trying to keep their head above water and someone wild call Monday. They don't mind charging exorbitant costs for repairs but apparently to save money do not hire sufficient staff to address customer service issues. Asked for service manager but they do not work weekends. Asked if I could pick up my car and was advised I could not. It will just stay there all weekend. I asked what they did since I dropped off at 7 AM yesterday and he provided no details because it is not his responsibility.
Update #2: Spoke to assigned service advisor who told me that the service technician working on the car is off today so they are not working on the car at all. It is simply sitting there connected to a diagnostic computer and no one will work on it until Monday morning when the technician is back. Inefficient and inept.
