it was my first class. i like the atmosphere the push the instructor give you . And there were other people there to help motivate you to keep going!! it was a great work out!

This place is amazing. I recently finished a six week challenge and lost 22.6 pounds. Shirene the owner is always there for anything that you need. Shirene along with the amazing trainers Joey, Rami, and Stacey are very encouraging, supportive and they all give you a great workout. I have come so far thinking some of the things I was not able to do at the gym that I can now do. It is very important for people to follow the plan for exercising and eating exactly like the challenge says. I will be starting the next Challenge this upcoming Tuesday and feeling very pumped for it along with all of the support at the camp!!!!

Great place to get you in shape and lose some pounds. The workouts are always different and challenging which keeps it fun and interesting. The trainers and staff are very nice as well. The process is simple here, go to workout 5x a week and push yourself, follow the meal plan and this will lead to a healthier you. I lost 23.3 pounds in my first challenge and am entering into my second challenge. I started at 247 pounds and hope to push myself over the next six weeks to make
