Service was excellent as well as all the people keeping me posted on the service. Michelle, Yassin and John were just wonderful. Lexus of Clearwater is the best dealership I have ever experienced. Kudos to the group.

I arrived early and was checked in, but the service took longer than expected. I did not get checked out until 11:00am, about 1 hour late. I was kept up to date on the status of the repairs.

I just purchased my 2nd Lexus. I had a great buying experience with my sales consultant Josh...not pushy, not too aggressive. He listened to what I wanted and got me the deal I needed. He was very pleasant and easy to work with and very responsive. 5 stars to him and the rest of the team including Peter, who went above and beyond with helping me move everything from my old Lexus to my new Lexus, and Sydney and Anthony ( hopefully I am getting their names correctly) on the finance team. I owned my 1st Lexus for 12 1/2 years and I was always marveled by their level of service. Just a few months ago I brought my Lexus in for routine service and they rolled out the red carpet for me as they've always done. Regardless of whether the vehicle I'm driving is 12 1/2 years old or brand new. The service all around is enough to keep me in the brand. Thanks for another the great car buying experience.

Had a tire that required adding air frequently. Instead of trying to sell me a new tire, they found the problem was a defective plug and fixed the problem for a low cost.

Okay I'm not going to knock the dealership because for the most part everything from start to finish was good except for a couple little things.
First, let me say this, it was my first visit to this Lexus dealership. Quite honestly I'm a little spoiled because I am used to 20 years of the Acura dealership and they are spot on over there with a luxury center. But, I just bought a 2022 Luxury edition NX 350 and about to go on an 8-hour trip so I wanted to make sure everything was set to go. I had a service campaign update that needed to be done, but when I made the appointment, I made it clear what I wanted to take place when I got there. (whenever needed to be done with the complimentary inspection they do).
They are the experts and I should be able to trust them. But, the one thing that concerned me was when I looked at Lexus App (prior to picking it up) the PSI was only 29 ( it has been 33 when I dropped it off and what it was supposed to be). The app has always matched the pressure correctly, because I've checked it in the past. So I asked my service advisor before I picked up the car to have them check the tires pressure again because I know what the PSI is supposed to be. And sure enough, when he did, they were too low. I just don't understand that. And now my app is showing the appropriate pressure as well. That bothered me a lot and still does. Makes me a little uncomfortable and not so trusting, seeing this was my first visit. However, everything else went really well and everybody was really nice. My concern is, I just need to feel confident in the service department so I'm hoping next time this does not happen.
My other issue is they didn't talk about the oil change. When I called they said it showed that my car had been serviced at 5,000 mi so I was all set for the oil.
Yes, its good for 10,000 miles but it's over the years It was supposed to be changed and they didn't notice until I said something to make certain again, and I was about to walk out the door.
Again, considering this is the second thing out of three things I brought the car in there for, I'm a bit concerned.
I guess I'm cutting them a break this time. Because the rest of the experience was really good.
But after those two things and my service campaign on my Lexus app is not showing updated even though they said that would be delayed to show up, I'm not feeling very confident at this time.
I am giving five stars because again I'm just establishing myself, but I feel a little 'unconfident' right now.
Again, the rest of my experience was great, but all I can think of is, if they can't get tire pressure correct, how do I trust them in the future for big repairs. I'm going to have to for now, but I'm going to pay a lot closer attention in the future.
And truthfully, I shouldn't have to. They are supposed to be the professionals. Especially after spending this much money on a vehicle that's supposed to have such a great reputation. We shall see.
I'm not disgruntled, I'm just a bit weary as I'm supposed to go on an 8 to 10 hour drive next week.
