Horrible customer service. They’ll take your money when it suits their needs only. It might take days before you get a return phone call. Staff is snotty, rude, and could care less about the customers. Go elsewhere!!!

I worked with Melinda on homeowners insurance for the house I am buying. The difference in price between cheap and good was only a few hundred dollars a year, and now I will have actual coverage if I need it. I highly recommend the personalized service they provide.
