Company is fine. Once I had my card charged for a Christmas special bc I hadn’t seen the email and i was refunded easily. They even gave me a credit. I have been very happy with the wine too.

I was with Laithwaites for about a year and had to cancel due to lack of funds. I absolutely loved them and will be coming back for sure. I've bought other one-off items from them since. Their wines were absolutely delicious and I had no issues with cancelling or other customer service experiences. Love love love them!
