I wish I could give 0 stars. Neither receptionist has the slightest idea what they’re doing. People with appointments have been waiting over an hour. 20 minutes after my appointment, they said I was switched to a walk in and then talked jibberish and said they would put in my information. Why did I make an appointment? Why did I sign in? I gave her the paperwork you have to print out and she couldn’t even figure out what my test was like she’s never seen this before. I have to assume any reviews over 1 star were with different receptionists. They just called a 1:00 before me and I’m an 12:45. Avoid if you can.

Very large, spacious, and clean facility, the phlebotomist was friendly, and sheI didn't even flinch when I screamed as the needle was plunged into my arm, (only joking), it was painless...

Update: 11/7/23I went to have a procedure done with the physician that requested the test and he said Labcorp never sent him the results. He contacted them while I was there and they said they have no results for me. Thank God I was able to log into the portal and show my physician the results of the one test they actually completed. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Labcorp. I usually go to Quest Diagnostics, but had to use them as a last minute decision. Never again!I wish I could give zero stars. I needed to have urine samples completed to test for cancer reoccurrence. The lady at the front desk did not want to take the time to explain how I needed to complete the test at home, as there were several steps. She handed me the cups and instructions to figure out on my own. I dropped the specimens back off and another lady never opened the box to ensure everything was okay. I logged on to the site to find that one of the two specimens were not tested, because there was no label on the cup. Lapcorb never called me. I had to find out by viewing the results online. This is ridiculous. This is an extremely important test and the lazy workers at this location dropped the ball. This is unacceptable. How could you not place labels on the containers??? Am I supposed to do your job for you??? And how can you not follow up to inform me of your mistake so that I can complete the test again. If your workers don’t like their jobs then quit or find a new field, but don’t do a poor job and negatively effect patients.

I had an appointment and still waited 20 minutes. The tech stabbed me 3 times, each one really hurt, not at all like a normal blood draw and she could not get the blood out. She asked if I wanted to come back another time (as if) or see another tech. Thankfully Kathy, the second person was able to draw the blood with one painless pike and I was ion my way. My arm still hurts a day later from the first person who obviously needs more training. One would hope Labcorp would make sure their employees know how to draw blood.

Only one person drawing blood. 45 minutes late for patients. 8 people waiting some leaving. Said Medicare does not cover PSA. This is not true. This office used to do much better. Labcorp needs to step up.

The lab closes at 2:30 not 3:00 p.m. as listed online by the business. Wasting people's time and messing with their schedules is the sure sign of a business whose priorities are not customer focused.

They are understaffed and the staff they do have are very rude. There is no one to assist the elderly with the computer checkin and they will not check you in at the desk. I helped 3 people check in while I was waiting to be seen. If I was retired, I would show up there every morning and help people and I would even do it with a smile!

In and out fast. I didn’t have an appointment but showed up early on a Friday morning. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Everyone was kind and made the process easy.

I made an appointment online yesterday for 1:30 this afternoon. I have upcoming surgery on Tuesday. They called and moved surgery to Monday. Worried my lab results wouldn't be processed or pushed through in time, I walked in at 9:30 this morning. 3 people there sitting. Walked up to the counter and explained the situation my surgery got moved up a day. Nesreen, (not sure if im spelling this right) the lady at the desk was amazing. She said have a seat we will be right with you. Not even 5 min later, I was called back. I had my blood drawn, and out back in my car now at 9:40 doing this review. Not all visits are good everywhere you go, but today was a good day. I'm glad I stopped in and definitely glad Nesreen was working. You eased my stress just enough to make my day go a little smoother. Thank you!! Have a blessed day! Thank you again Labcorp for another smooth visit!

Immune deficient so I make specific appointment times via website. They were running more than 30 minutes behind and don’t even bother to let the patients know they are running behind schedule. FYI - if you want an appointment time, go somewhere else.

No (if any?) signage!!!!!!! Hard to find off US Hwy 19 N. Ridiculous experience. And havent even finished ‘the paperwork’ yet. People working desk seem ok, but Labcorb dont give a rip how long may take you to find them! ?????
