Not enough personnel, check in system can not update insurance and no phone access to LabCorp to do in person business and update. Will be looking to find another lab for blood work.

I wouldn't give this location even 1 star. I've been there twice and have been very disappointed. The first time was in January and I arrived, checked in from my car, waited 20 minutes, then I go up to the door to find out why it's taking so long, and it's completely closed. No one was even there! I went to the Walgreens Labcorp to have my blood taken there. This week, I went back to the Main Street location to have my blood drawn, and the so called "specialist" couldn't find my veins. She poked me twice and had no luck, she asked me twice if I had been drinking water that morning. Of course I had! So again, I went to the Walgreens Labcorp and the employee there told me how the employee at the Main Street location doesn't see very well. This employee had NO PROBLEM finding my veins and got it on the first try. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THE MAIN STREET LABCORP.

Today I had extensive blood work taken at this Labcorp location, typically I am very fearful of the whole process and tend to pass out or get sick. Luckily I had an angel drawing my blood!!! Marcus did an amazing job not only making me comfortable but making me laugh with great stories all while expertly doing the drawl so good I barely noticed. The whole thing went quickly and I was able to walk out feeling great. He was great and the overall experience was great. Thank you Marcus!

Every member of the staff was extremely helpful and kind. I had an appointment at 6:45AM and they didn’t seem unhappy to be there or in a rush whatsoever.

Had an appointment for later in the day but showed up at opening so I could get it out of the way early hopefully. I was seen a minute after checking in. Front desk staff and Marcus, who drew my blood, were friendly and professional!

I had a great experience they were very quick with everything i will be coming back if I ever need to I will never go to the one on US highway 19 because they were way too slow last time I went there I waited 2 hours

Great lab! Made an appointment for 0800 on a Tuesday. Arrived 10 minutes early to check-in and was immediately seen. Gave blood and urine specimens. Was back in my car at 0803. Marcus was reassuring and very professional. Thanks Marcus!

beware! I made an appointment online and showed up for my visit I checked in with a machine and then waited. Then they called my name. Unfortunately Employees take pride in sending patients with appointments away with no service. Total joke. Will never go to another lab corp. They said I need some order from my doctor and gave me their fax number to send it to them. Unfortunately it was early in the morning and my doctor was not even open. Don’t go here. Plus small lobby is filled with sick coughing people waiting forever for appointments.

Made an appointment and had to wit a week for the appointment so I could have first appointment in the morning due to fasting..... first appointment is 6:45 a.m. got there 15 minutes early....had to wait behind 9 people..... this place has ZERO integrity.... Save yourself time and frustration.....you have plenty of other choices....I strongly recommend you use them..... if I ever have to use lab corp for blood work again..... I will definitely go without..... and don't waste your time making an appointment as they are not honored at all.... After getting here 15 minutes early..... I have been waiting a half hour while everybody else and ALL walk ins I have been sir and I sit here and wait...

Twice I came to this place, and twice I am very pleased. The last time I went, I had a lot of blood work done due to my pregnancy, literally had to take a total of 8 tubes full of blood ? the lady that administered to me was older and she was very kind and straightforward. Thanks!

As incompetent as it getsThey've performed half of the test ordered by the doctor. When I came back to finish them They told me they need another order that was apparently sent a day before.Sitting and waiting room and listening to conversations between the clerk and patients makes you want to run away.Some guy was given a box to collect the specimen with instructions which he followed and then receptionist stating that he was not supposed to be given that box and he was not supposed to be doing what he was doingThe other gentleman was stating that he was not given any instructions and the lady at the reception was not interested in her job. So receptionist replies "sounds about right"

Would not recommend going to this location my gf made an appointment and when she went they said they hadn’t received the paperwork yet and to come back next week. She showed up the following week and they said they still hadn’t received the paperwork which was a complete lie because the other location said they had sent it over three times now and no one has gotten back to them about receiving it. I’ve seen multiple reviews about the people at this location blatantly lying it’s just not how you should run a business.
