Knew my tires weren't rotated because the tire pressures on my dashboard were the same as when I dropped it off, had also asked since the tires being rotated that the air be checked and inflated to 35psi. I was told "sometimes they forget" service lights were not turned off for oil change in my car either. So it kinda makes me wonder if my oil was changed at all. Taking it back to have tires and air pressure checked after that, we won't be back. I don't have time as a mom of 2 to keep coming back for things I was charged for but were never done

These guys are great. Fair and thorough. Friendly and good to chat with about all those little things you don’t know about your car. Chris is the manager, he’s exceptional. I drive from Tampa just to have my truck serviced here.

We highly recommend this location! Staff was very accommodating, and the waiting area was comfortable and clean. It was our first time getting our tires serviced(patched), and they didn’t charge us anything. Kudos to the staff.

Chris and his team are THE best! Took a Hankook tire with a screw in it to them and they patched it ip without giving me a sales pitch, which is always greatly appreciated. They were my go-to for my last full set of tires and will definitely have my business for the next!

Awesome service! Chris looked at my car and had it fixed the same day. Gave details about the problems upfront and immediately called with an update when something unexpected popped up. Very knowledgeable and polite!

I got a nail in my tire and drove right to Mavis. After Randy and Mike checked every tire, they did not see the nail. It must’ve fallen off and it did not puncture the tire. They could’ve charged me something but didn’t because no patching or any work needed to be done. Very trustworthy tire place. I’ll definitely be back to get my brakes done! Thank you so much Randy and Mike!!!

I am a customer for life after my experience at the Clearwater location. I was there early and when the Assistant Manager unlocked the doors 20 minutes early he didn’t hesitate to having me in the store while he did his opening duties. I’m fairly certain his name was Scott. I had 4 tires replaced on my F150 truck and an impromptu complete brake job after showing me what I was currently counting on to stop my truck. The mechanic was very experienced and pleasant to explain my situation (Pat?) to me. They price matched my quote from two other box stores and I’m a very happy customer!

Chris was exceptional! Had me in and out on schedule, acted like he truly appreciated me coming in and knew his business. I bright my truck into this location because of an immediate need … I live in Lutz … however, based on my experience - I will be back.
