Worst oil change ever. They took forever. There was no line and I was still sitting in that bay for over an hour. Zero reason for that. One of the techs was extremely rude and condescending. I had a 50% off coupon and he claimed I chose the wrong oil so it didn’t apply. When I asked he said it’s my own fault. One of the managers did make it right because he heard how the tech was speaking to me. I’ll never come back here again or to a jiffy lube for that matter. Thanks to the manager for making it right but still not coming back.

My Jiffy experience was AN HOUR AND A HALF!!! YES Over 90 minutes. The price for full synthetic is outrageous. Arrived at 2:35, one car in bay in front, one on side. My tires were photographed and time stamped at 3:02. I left after 4:00?!?!? Car was slightly hot from idling for 20 minutes. Advisor recommended a coolant flush for an outrageous rate. When I declined, he offered to top off coolant level for $6.99?!?! At conclusion of service I told tech he should top off coolant since I had to sit there for over an hour and a half! He noted my displeasure with the service and said he would take care of it, and he did. Bad enough it took so long and prices were way to much, add insult to injury when I got home I had a $25 coupon in the mail. After having to wait in line at Take 5 or Valvoline, I NEVER spent more than 20 minutes in the bay. The Ford dealer does a mobile service at my house for full synthetic, rotate tires, top all fluids for $87! I thought that was high! Not a Jiffy, never again

I always have good service when using this Jiffy Lube. They do not disappoint. I came in later than normal and a bit to close to closing time, BUT they worked on my car cheerfully.

Stephen and Tim worked hard to get me in and out as quickly as possible. The manager, Andres, took care of my Groupon without question and didn't charge me more than the expected amount for the remaining balance of the oil change service performed.

I took my car in for brakes that were skipping. They put new rotors etc...the brakes were still skipping so I went back. Was told my engine blocks needed mounts. Had that done and was called saying I needed transmission mounts also. I declined. After the mounts I drove the car and it was shaking at stops (a new issue). I went to another mechanic and was told the bolts on the engine were missing, loose etc and I was driving in a dangerous vehicle due to this. WE took the car and showed Jiffy Lube. Never got a reply. I had spent almost $3000 with them at this point. They lied about the transmission as it is fine. They never fixed the brake skip and I paid $250 for engine mounts at another shop and they charged $1100. Lied to and cheated out of hard earned money. Makes me sad that I trusted them. I found a reputable mechanic now but JL owes me for all the bad service and issues caused with my car. Teresa P

Waited for over an hour in line with only 1 car ahead of me. Service was terrible and everyone looked lost and took their sweet time to move cars. If you come here make sure you have nothing else to do as your day will be wasted.

I brought my car back in for a service that was suppose to be done a year ago. I paid for a service that I did not need the year before because it did not fix the car and now paid to get it really fixed, which makes this an extra costly repair. I did not get any sort of discount for this service, even though the car was not fixed the first time. I could not read the invoice because the printer leaves a large blank space asked for an email copy which I have not received.
