“Had an issue closing an account for one phone from a guy that worked for me 21 years but retired suffering from dementia. That was over a year ago. T Mobil wouldn’t cancel the account even though they were taking MY money automatically every month. (I buy phones for my key staff) I went several times with my business card, my corporate resolutions and copies of my bank statement showing IM PAYING FOR THIS PHONE. But I wasn’t listed as “the contact person” so no one would cancel the phone. I fumed as $100 bucks per month is coming out of my account. So finally I ran across an old bill showing the “contact person” a bookkeeper that was with me for a very short amount of time. I went in TODAY and had the good fortune to work with “Jacob E”. In short order he got this account closed and his body language told me a lot. (Boy did we put this guy through a lot of #%@$) I’m leaving a 5 star review based on Jacob’s work and genuine care for my $1,200 problem. Call or see Jacob if you need help.”

After spending six hours with customer service the previous night with no avail to my problem, I got my problem solved in half hour with Mr Franklin at the 1160 Gulf to Bay location. He understood my situation immediately and resolved my issue without any hiccups. He was very knowledgeable and great at what he does. Thanks Franklin. Great to be back with T-Mobile.”

Starting from James who took time to help resolve a on going issue for me and he figured out why. I had to come back in store and now Stephen and Jacob are also both going above and beyond for me.
