Omg they are SUCH LIARS. They sold a car saying everything is fine but when it came I soon found out that the transmission is messed up! They try to cover up their lying/ greedy selves by telling you that you get the car “as is” but if they had any integrity or any morals at all they would be honest from the very beginning. They know VERY WELL everything that is wrong with the cars that they sell but will straight up lie to you so that they can take your money. I am so disgusted with this company. Immoral, shameless, money hungry people.
Seeing what legal actions I can take as they are by law required to disclose such major issues

Took a week to tow my car, going on a week that they've had my car. Over an hour on hold so far between 2 different days and I've still never spoke to anyone. Along with the rest of the reviews that aren't from bots...not good business being done here it seems.

My insurance company gave them the green light to pick up my vehicle. Took 2 days for them to try and tow my vehicle after it being in a car accident. My apartment complex had the vehicle towed through a different company instead because I was instructed to take off my license plate.

I bought a car that was misrepresented. I tried to contact the Clearwater office, but the people who run this place are very disrespectful and discriminate against me when they heard my accent. The customer service is very Bad too they just repeat over and over the same lie that the car was run and driven when was accepted. Very high taxes twice as Copart.Do not recommend doing business with this auction house

You have to be a dealer to participate.Geez why?No dealer is gonna by a car messed up, when all electrical is coming.But those who have low budget a d can fix a car are all screwed.Why is the people with money get the deals the public is closed out?Now that we do not have Salvation army auctioning off cars, where can the general public go?
