Beware when doing your returns, they ask you to give them all returns and receipts at once, and they don’t process all return items. By then, if you haven’t counted all your items, you just don’t know if they are all there.I learned it the hard way, it has happened several times.Just yesterday, I had 7 items to return, and the cashier only processed 5.When I looked at the receipt, and told her that she had not processed all 7 items, she was mad, started talking to me like I was a child. Never an apology, as if I was inconveniencing her.I just wonder how much money I have lost by trusting them with my returns in the past.Shame on those employees who take it upon themselves to screw the customers.

We have always shopped Home Depot and will continue to do so. However, we will never buy another appliance there. We purchased a refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher for our new to us home. When they were delivered, we discovered the microwave that was suggested was too big for the space. The same day as delivery, my husband took the microwave back to order the correct one. Home Depot does not accept returns on appliances. Now we have a completely useless, brand new still in the package microwave. We will never fall for this again. Home Depot is a great place for nuts and bolts, but we will never purchase a high ticket item from them again. Very disappointed in this company.

Horrible experience harassing me over a stupid credit card offer for home Depot credit card after I told them no 3 times rang me up for same item twice fixed that then in the event one of my items got left behind wack store wack manager I spent damn near 700 and I swear there was a white guy with glasses following me around like damnnn I been shopping in home depot since I was a kid with my father crazy how the store has changed altogether from here to California we're I live definitely will avoid home Depot at all cost lows or hub electric supply will work

Very friendly helpful staff! Refreshing these days. Jacob went above and beyond helping me find the right pet Cam and the lady at check out was very friendly and helpful. Dog friendly and not too crowded.

Ordered a hot water heater with delivery from the Clearwater store. The total price was $611. Lowest price I found elsewhere was $813. Plumbing companies quoted from $2,300 to $2,800 so I did the math, saved around $1,500 and installed it myself. It really isn't rocket science and YouTube was a great help. Great customer service at the store but the delivery was problematic.The Clearwater store could not get the HWH to us on the next day so the order was transferred to the Oldsmar store. That store could not deliver since we were out of their delivery radius. The reassignment was done by computer and their software did not consider that it could not fulfill the delivery. We contacted Rob inClearwater support and after much back and forth with their system got the order back to Clearwater and he personally delivered it on Sunday morning. BRAVO Rob, but strike 1 for Home Depot Corporate whose software caused the problem. So my rate dropped a star.

HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE TOP.EDUARDO RUNS A VERY LOOSE SHIP.A simple curbside order took over 60 full minutes to figure out. This store is a complete mess!!No regard for my time. Eduardo personally saw no problem with me wasting over an hour of my work day waiting for a curbside order that was marked ready hours ago.Save yourselves the headache and head a few miles up US19 to the Palm harbor Home Depot.I’ve had 100s of transactions at the Palm harbor Home Depot with zero issues, but the Clearwater location is trash. It’s run more like a dollar tree than a Home Depot.This store is a shame to the Home Depot brand.

the telephone payment system is very bad, you can wait for more than hours to be able to pay for things, in the costumer service area, there were 4 people practically standing still, I asked to pay for just one fixed box of the product, I They sent a queue of more than 1 hour, I advise you to migrate to Lowes, the prices and the service are more efficient! Even if you're used to Home Depod, you should still go to Lowes!

Terrible place! Mistreats employees that have been there a while, especially in the paint department! My friend applied for a full time position there, and they gave it instead to a guy that had only been there 3 days and knew NOTHING about the paint department. My friend should have gotten that job- he was more qualified! If you consider working here, you should reconsider your choice!

This business for not care about their customers or customer service. Manager Lisa M is non responsive after being promised by two different managers she would get back to me regarding an order. Did not hear back from her and gave up after two weeks. Unacceptable business practice. I was out a refrigerator for almost 3 weeks due to their incompetence. Sales associate “guaranteed” a delivery date and manager Brett said that it’s not in their corporate vocabulary. I think there are so many missed opportunities for the organization in their training and leadership teams.Would not recommend using Home Depot for purchases for your home. Nightmare of an experience.Jasmine from big appliance customer service was a pleasure to work with. She was understanding of the issue and worked hard to make sure I was taken care of.

Grant & Tracy at the Prodesk take care of our orders for our small business with quick, reliable service. Always willing to help and very caring. Grant goes out of his way to help us with any thing we need. He is an asset to the store.Steve in the mills department is also amazing.

Word of advice... don't buy anything from The Home Depot that is a online only item. Even with a lifetime warranty I have been running in circles trying to get a replacement.I was told 3 times that I would receive a gift card so that I could make a new online purchase and on the 4th time I was told, "Sorry, we can't do that!" Now I am suppose to tear apart my faucet, bring it in with the hopes that they give me a credit for a item that they don't sell in-store!!

I keep coming back to this location because the staff has always been very respectful and helpful. Brady just recently went out of his way to see if I needed help. He proceeded to help me load 20 bags of marble chips into the car. Other staff members have helped me in the past but this stood out due to his friendliness. Thank you!

One of the better HD stores in the area. Fantastic staff, very helpful, don't just point to stuff - they walk you there and address your questions. Great inventory of what you need. Fantastic Ryobi and Milwaukee power tool selection. Safe shopping with security and plenty of cameras. Very helpful with home projects you may need help with - like tile work.
