The Home Depot is a store that helps with any project, big or small. It offers a wide variety of tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, building materials, and gardening supplies for home improvement and gardening needs. The store is very busy and the parking lot can be insane on weekends. The parking situation is a common complaint, as close spots are often used for seasonal items like pumpkins, Christmas trees, and mulch, forcing customers to park far away. The store layout is described as a quirky configuration, different from most other locations. However, the staff is frequently noted as friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Specific encounters highlight very helpful employees in sections like electrical and lighting, who provide expert advice and support. While generally reliable, there can be issues with delivery services from certain vendors, leading to delays and disappointment. Overall, it is considered an important store for homeowners to find what they need.
Typical HD. Has all the stuff you need but getting into the place takes some work and parking is tough also. They need to move to a bigger area that's easy to access.

Why is every single one of these laid out different 🤦🏽

Had two orders canceled at the last minute because items were on back order. I get things are on back order, but communicate that to me ahead of time. HD’s lack of communication is costing me money and delaying when my family can move back into our home.
