“I went to the Tampa location at first, but while the staff were friendly and welcoming, the selection wasn't that great. So I went to the Clearwater store and wow, what a difference! Great selection of unique hippy-esque clothes, decor, jewelry, incense, candles, even tarot and oracle decks! Prices are what you would expect in a mall, but as others have mentioned, you can get some great deals in clearance. I had a coupon for 20% off, which included clearance items, so I purchased an oracle deck for half the price of retail (sweet!). Plus, they have sales often so you can get some deals that way.
I'm not sure what the 'original hippie' one-star reviewer is complaining about. The staff was very friendly, and I was welcomed as soon as I walked into the store. I will definitely stop in again the next time I'm on this side of the bay.”

I am from Germany and you can find lots of traditional things from my childhood especially around Christmas. “I only find myself shopping at HomeGoods when they’re having their clearance event, because I find most of their prices are pretty high on things that I can easily find for less across the street at TJ Maxx. But with that being said, I did find some treasures this year during their clearance event. I’ve enclosed some photos. Also, while shopping with my neighbor, she told me to explore their food section, and there were some really neat exotic foods. They never seem to have enough staff at checkout, so the lines are unusually long. With that being said, the staff is OK here but is definitely lacking in any assistance availability for shoppers, and I think they don’t have a real Manager currently…. I had to return something for my elderly mother without a receipt, but clearly with it not having been installed and simply wanted a store credit so I could get her a painting that would fit, and was given a heck of a hard time about it. They finally issued me a store credit, but not after getting the side eye and feeling like I was a villain of some sort. Not classy of them!”
“Great People and a Great Product California Closets installed several closets in my home. Recently after doing some rearranging I determined I needed more shelves. I contacted the Sarasota store and worked with Madison who was friendly, patient and went above and beyond to get the shelves. Madison who works at the Production Facility in Clearwater also went above and beyond working with the production manager so my order was completed in a timely fashion. I am grateful for these great people and a great product.”

“Great deals on RH furnishings. Some items may be banged up, but most are in new, showroom condition. Great but limited selection. Giant showroom displaying items for every room or need. May require several trips over several weeks or even months to find items to furnish your home or apartment or to find that perfect item that you are looking for or didn't expect to find.”
“They always have such a cool collection of merchandise some of it eclectic, some of it the same old same old. Usually for each holiday they have an enormous selection, sometimes many many aisles. Right now they have an unbelievable amount of Christmas decorations, and just getting rid of the rest of the Halloween decorations which was enormous also. The prices are to be expected, they usually have some sales and good clearance sales as well. If you walk through the area they have usually several aisles of 50 and 75% off clearance areas. Like I said a nice selection of different kinds of merchandise and for the most part decently merchandised.”
“Great experience here today. I found many bargains, lower than department stores. The clearance racks offer even better prices on men's, women's, children's clothes and shoes. Also, I found toys, games, housewares, candles, gifts, makeup, linens, and purses.
I did not need assistance so I did not ask for help. Everyone seemed to be busy managing the fitting rooms or other store business.
I was happy to find several gifts for a toy drive --I sure got more for my money.
When I arrived at the check out, 15 shoppers were in line with one clerk working the check out. Within a few minutes, 4 checkout lanes were up and running. This is also an amazon pick up locale.

“You can see my review for the other ross I visited. Essentially this is just a less put together Marshalls. They have plenty of discount clothing and home goods plus toys. That is why I was going there...because I heard they sometimes get some star wars items. Unfortunately this trip was unsuccessful. Perhaps in the future the ross' around here will carry more star wars stuff.”
