5 star service. I called a bunch of times to pharmacist over a 2 day period since I was having trouble with communication between My doctor. She didn't once get mad or frustrated and answered my questions without hesitation and a good attitude. Everything was eventually solved and I was able to pick up my meds. Customer service at its finest. Prices for meds were reasonable, even though my insurance wasn't in network. Will be returning next month for a new order.

The Pharmacist at Highland pharmacy is. Wonderful Lady...She has helped me keep on track with my meds and if I'm wrong about something she always lets me know..she answers all questions and is very polite...she is also very Intelligent and customer friendly...I trust this pharmacy....100%.. it's also a small pharmacy privately owned and I think we need to support private owned pharmacies as much as we can and they also do mail there and other things and she will help you whatever you need and if she can't help you she will point you in the right direction I highly highly highly recommend this pharmacy the service is outstanding

I love this pharmacy. It's a small mom and pop shop. The pharmacist, Ms. Nguyen, is so sweet and very helpful. She always has a smile on her face even when she's super busy. I prefer Highland because it's personal, unlike the CVS's and Walgreens where you're just a number. I highly recommend!

I have been searching for a few days for a good pharmacy. They took very well care of me. I will be using them in the future for all my medicines. I also love to support small hometown businesses. I will continue to use them!!!

I Can't Say Enough Great Things About The Staff Here. They REALLY Do CARE! As Long As You Are Open & HONEST With Them, They Will Work With You. I Have A Rare Condition & I Absolutely Hate That I Have To Take Medicine Every Day Of My Life, But The Pharmacist Nor Anyone Working In The Pharmacy; Has EVER Made Me Feel Bad About The Fact That I Have To Take Specific Medication. They Have NEVER Made Me Feel Judged. I Had A Situation Where My Dr. Closed & They Couldn't Distribute Any RX Under Her Dr #. So They Had To Send My Medicine Back To The Manufacturer. They Called Me The SAME Day To Let Me Know, So I Could Book An Appointment With A New DR. ... They Didn't Have To Do That, They Have Always Gone Above & Beyond To Keep Me Informed. I Always Look Forward To Seeing Everyone On My RX Pick Up Day. We Talk About Gardening, Traveling, Family, Etc. I Don't Feel Like A "Client" I Feel More Like Family. They Get To Know You & Your Needs 1 on 1. If Anything Changes I Can Have My Dr. Call Them With No Problem. Any Time I Travel I Do My Research To See If Where I'm Going, Carries My RX (because most pharmacies DON'T carry my RX) This Pharmacy Has Transferred My RX Out Of State For Me In The Past, Because I Extended My Vacation & Wasn't Going To Have Enough Medicine. But Before Just Transferring The RX, They Made Sure To Explain To Me That Once It's Transferred It Can't Be Transferred Back. That's Something That I Didn't Know Previously, So They Make Sure To ALWAYS Keep Me Informed.

I suffered physical Abuse at the ands of their Technicians. I was walked out the door and slapped. It's easier to go somewhere else
