I've been a return customer for the last 20vyears, I've brought in all my Pioneer equipment from Dj controllers, Cdj nexus 900 , pioneer djm A9 mixer and every time I've had nothing but speedy service and great hospitality. your not waiting months to get back your Dj gear like if you sent it in to the manufacturer the people there know there stuff and that to me is so reassuring !!

In December, I had an “emergency” issue that would’ve affected my gig that weekend. Two months later (today), I had an issue with another piece of equipment, with a pair of gigs this coming weekend.In both occasions, Curtis’s workbench was full, yet he put aside what he was working on and had me up and running within an hour.HIGHLY recommend! Outstanding work and customer service!!!

Went here to have a power cord repaired on a Crown amp. Great customer service and all of my questions were answered. Repair was quick and efficient.

This guy is shady and unethical. And return customers beware, I originally used this company in August 2021 and was relatively satisfied with the results. Fast forward to October 2022 when I dropped another piece of equipment to be repaired. Seven weeks later I picked up without any work being done on it. Terrible communication and customer service.

This place has HORRIBLE customer service and they don't even apologize about it. They constantly lie about the timeline and then tell you that they told it it would be 2 weeks, when in fact, they told you it would be 2 days. They don't call you back when your device is ready. You'll have to call and harass them constantly to get it back. I would have just thrown away our keyboard and bought a new one if I had known how much aggravation I would have to go through dealing with these folks.

Outstanding service! My Line6 Helix Floor was stuck in an update boot cycle and would not budge to come out of it. The competitor said it take over 4 weeks to look at the pedal. So glad I went with High Energy Systems, they had my pedal back to me in less than 2 days working flawlessly. I would absolutely recommend to anyone that needs anything amp and music related repaired!

These People are scamming people for deposits. They got me for 75.00. Keep my PA for almost 2 months never call me back. Didn't fix a thing on it. Read all the reviews!!!

I took one of my Mesa Boogie Amps for repair not knowing any reputable repair place in the area since moving here from SoCal. The idea of sending it to Mesa Boogie for repair on the west coast was not ideal with shipping cost etc, Calling Mesa they recommended High Energy for the repair. I was blown away with the service and I highly recommend them. They called me to let me know the problem etc . The only down side was the wait, but I can understand that, because they get it right the first time !!!!

Brought in a hartke speaker and they wanted to charge 225 for the repair 100 less than what the thing is worth. Yes they charge 50 dollars to look at it, yes it took about a month to hear back so make sure you dont have any gigs lined up. Oh and yes I declined the repair cause I found a 8x10 hartke cab for 300$. Be smart shop S mart.

Took my Yamaha receiver for warranty work on Dec 1 and just now ,January 20 ,got it back in which I had to take it elsewhere to have it fixed. The owner said it would take 3 weeks and now 8 weeks later ,there has been no work done. I called many times and got more excesses why no work had been done. These are the facts and you make the call on this business!

Been dealing with them for a while now, from amps to speakers and even lighting. Never have I had an issue where I wasn't happy with everything from service to quality of work. Warranty's also. They just fixed a simple thing for me just today, it was worth millions of dollars to me, to them they said "you're good", very thankful. If anyones had any issues, and you don't let them fix the issue and you just go online to complain the issue is with you.
