I had the worst experience with hertz just now. Lots of misleading communication and the manager, Kyle, had a horrible attitude. His attitude made the experience worst. He didn’t even bother looking at the text messages I received from the hertz confirmation department. Definitely going to enterprise from now on.

Got into an accident in a rental, they didn’t change the rate to the correct vehicle and then hung up on me when I called to have them correct their mistake.

I called and got the confirmation, asked if everything was Al set to pick up car at 730am. The person stated you will have no issues. We hold 200 for the bank card and the other will come out and upon returning the vehicle you will get the 200 back.When I arrived I was told I couldn’t use my bank card and if I was I had to pick up the car at 7pm. I called back to get the car at 7pm was told sorry we have no more cars, there for cancelled your reservation. I will never go through this company again!!

Dwight picked me up at the nearby Toyota dealership. What a fabulous individual. Former veteran. Super friendly. Any employer should feel lucky having him on board.Also, the front desk people were fabulous as well.Great experience.

We bought a vehicle at this dealership during the COVID panic when Hertz was trying to unload about 1/3 of their fleet of vehicles. No haggle price, no hidden or pressure to buy unwanted extra warranty products, 12 months or 12,000 mile powertrain warranty from Avis. Best Auto dealership purchase ever.

Customer service is great but every vehicle I get is very dirty even though they say it's clean it's extremely dirty every time. Whoever cleans their vehicles does a horrible job.

I constantly travel and visit various cities, but this location has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I spoke with the manager and there is no difference, it's like the others. I felt super bad and I hope not to come back to this place while this manager is here and they behave like this.

Great experience all around!! You guys saved the day after issues we had another rental company which I have also reviewed. After that hell this was like night and day. Great quick service with getting us into a vehicle when we were stuck. From picking us up to getting us on our way! Even when you guys were so busy. You guys even had no trouble extending the rental because the dealership took longer than expected on car repair. I wish we could have kept the sweet car! That Ford Mustang ? was very cool and has all sorts of high end features!!! It really has all the fun stuff! The projection of the logo at night and such definitely gets attention. People really do notice the car even with it being white. I highly recommend this place! The staff is great to work with! Will definitely use you again. Thank you so much for the service.

Recently reserved a mini van here for a family trip. Andrew has been the go to guy over the phone and he was always courteous and professional. I received a call the day before my reservation (early morning one) with a heads up that they might possibly need 15 to 30 minutes of a delay to ensure the vehicle was properly cleaned and good to go. We understood and asked that they do their best on their end to still remain on time. (They did). We picked up our vehicle on time and it was outside parked waiting on us. The sign in part was seamless, it's important to note to bring: (sounds silly but a good reminder regardless)- Drivers license of the driver and operator- Credit card to put a hold on file- Insurance cards.The teammate at the counter was courteous as well, they were all up and running early in the morning, (busy & productive). I am sure they deal with all sorts of different people and attitudes, I am thankful of how everything turned out for us.Return wise, there's a dropbox by the garage door for the key and rental agreement. Feel free to ask about it when you check in (helps to know where it is).Overall the rental was a success and they helped out a couple of other folks when we were there quite nicely and promptly. I'd not hesitate to rent from them again from my experience.

This Hertz location was wonderful. I had a reservation for an SUV at the St Pete 62nd Ave/US19 location, and after getting dropped off there, their Hertz rep said they didn't have an SUV and they couldn't have cared less about my reservation. I took an Uber to this location and they accommodated the vehicle I reserved and my quoted price. It was a very smooth and pleasant experience. I'll definitely return to this location.

I own an Executive Car Service. My Suburban needed work and the dealership uses this Hertz office for its rental cars. I have tried 3 times to rent something comparable from them. I have been flexible, asked if they could find a vehicle for me, asked if I could go pick it up if at another location. I have been met with zero customer service and a huge lack of empathy from the manager. I am a single woman with her own company and one vehicle. If the wheels aren’t turning, then I’m not making money and my vehicle needed to be in the shop for more than a week each time. I would ask questions and try to think outside the box for them. Nothing! Absolutely nothing! I then would leave and try to find a rental myself which then Dimmit Chevrolet wouldn’t reimburse any money towards because it wasn’t from Hertz. Such a viscous cycle. I am greatly disappointed in the lack of Customer Service I received from Hertz.

I would very much like a call back from a branch manager Kyle. I could not get through today except to a sales guy named Manny four times and I asked him to have the manager call me. They need help with their phone system and other things which I offered to do temporarily. LOL. My sister is a gold card rental customer and when we come in and get her car there's not a problem there but trying to call them and reach somebody who cares and can help you is a nightmare. At least today July 11th 2023. I've been in some form of customer care for decades and I'm putting the care back into customer care. I've been a real estate agent since 1995 among other things. I will improve my rating if anybody gets back to me. I left my number with Manny.
