"Thieves ",the Spanish woman working the drive thru shorted me a $100 on a $2000 check cashing . I was an idiot and didn't count it till I tried depositing it at my bank my bank being Truist was like Mr Cremeans your $100 short on your deposit . It went strait from my truck to the lady at my bank never left the envelope. It's a shame that this branch manager called me a liar and never once questioned her integrity and flat out refused to ask security to pull camera footage. Bunch of liberals trying to steal my living Smh!

Love this bank! I was referred to the bank for a HELOC. I worked with Patrick Patterson and he was a joy to work with! The customer service is excellent! And, they actually answer the phones and return your calls! Highly recommend this bank!

Obtained a mortgage through Hancock Whitney. Horrible experience. Was consistently lied to throughout the approval process. This is my 3rd time obtaining a mortgage and Hancock Whitney made this an extremely stressful experience due to their lies and ineptitude. I would never use them for anything else again.

I went into Hancock Whitney to switch my accounts from another bank due to that bank’s lack of customer service. It was an incredible experience dealing with Hancock Whitney and all of their associates. You can absolutely tell that customer service is first and foremost for them, as well as treating every customer with respect, kindness, and honesty. Thank you Patrick, Connie, and Lizette for making switching banks an absolute pleasure! Hancock Whitney is an absolutely amazing bank, and if you’re considering moving banks, a thousand percent give Hancock Whitney your business. You won’t regret it at all!

What an amazing loan experience we just had. Took out a HELOC to get a pool and in all my years this was the best loan banking experience I've ever had. Completely stress free and smooth. The entire staff was incredible.

Truly an excellent bank, with excellent employees! I've used a variety of their services/products/accounts, and been very pleased with every single aspect so far. Employees are all helpful and knowledgeable, they strive to deliver, and best of all: the attention to detail is there. Without a doubt one of the best banks in the nation, and the best one in the Gulf states. Five stars for Hancock Bank.

Set up an account based upon an offer. Have not been impressed with any part of my experience. From online support to customer service. It has all been bush league. Hard to believe a bank could be worse than BOA but Hancock has done it!! Their Website is horrible as well.

Worst bank ever!!!! Tellers are extremely rude. The customer service reps aren't trained properly. This bank is a train wreck. Take your business elsewhere if you can.
