I am one of the construction volunteers and I have to say that the professionalism of their construction crews - are SECOND TO NONE! I have worked/volunteered with them for almost 2 months now and although I live over 1 hour away, I always check their construction calendar every single day, and I sign up as soon as I see an opening.WHY? Because I see first-hand, every time I volunteer, how much they care about the houses they build! As a matter of fact, the first time I went I was told by more than 1 of their site supervisors that the house I am helping to build; is not for some unknown family, but it’s for my own family! Therefore, I should give it as much care as if it was mine!Although they have numerous site supervisors, I had the pleasure to work many times with, Mike, Mark, Joshua and Joe, in no particular order... True professionals who take the time to explain, show and help volunteers perform their assigned task in the safest way possible! Thanks to the above supervisors, I have learned how to do things that I never thought it was possible for me to do on my own.Mike, Mark, Joshua, Joe - you have succeeded in building my confidence level beyond my imagination!!! THANK YOU!!!For the record – I am not affiliated nor am I receiving any kind of compensation from Pinellas/Pasco Habitat for this review. I begged Habitat for Humanity for help and even said I could pay a 100$ a month for help getting my house fixed from untold damages and the lady said I had to much damages for her to have fixed. Iv seen them build new houses for people from the ground up and I can't even get help with my septic system, ac system or for dangerous trees causing damages to my house . My foundation is no good and I believe it is from the tree growing under the house or a washout from septic system leaking. I have multiple leaks and damages and the Habitat for Humanity turned me down..What a real let down.If you know of anyone who can help me with this situation please feel free to call me and leave a message so I can call you back I don't answer phone calls I don't know.
