I have been coming to this same great clips for over 15 years, as my preferred hair stylist was here. I got a haircut today from Randy and I will likely never be coming back here again.
I don't want to sound dramatic, but I think he must've been having a bad day; it was the most painful haircut I've ever had. He kept jabbing me in the head with the electric razor. He seemed like he was in a serious rush the entire time and it felt like he couldn't get me out of his chair fast enough.
I used to love this place and even liked a number of the stylists, but this place has gone down hill in the past 6 months and it's truly unfortunate.

TONY IS AMAZING!!! He absolutely knows what he's doing and I hope I can always have him do my haircuts!!!

I recently had a appointment at this shop and was very pleased with the haircut I received.Tony was the stylist who took care of me and was very professional and very friendly.I will be back again.Thanks so much.

This place is great, being able to book an appointment online is awesome and whenever I go there to get my haircut I always try to schedule my appointment with Tony. He has a fantastic personality and he’s a great stylist. He makes the whole customer experience very pleasurable, and a big part of that is because he’s very personable. I recommend the store at every opportunity.

I was not happy with the haircutter today. I asked her why my hair is dry. She said I had OLD hair. How insulting. Why would you ever say that to a customer? Instead, she could have recommended product or something else. Won’t return to that place.
