Susie and Mia are so great accommodating my weird dogs' needs and behaviors. They special order their Stella and Chewy's raw food and Mia gave them a beautiful grooming despite their incessant barking. Highly recommend!

Called for a puppy cut. They said they don’t recommend grooming for puppy’s. Ok, fine so they recommended a mini cut. I did that. It was 50 plus dollars for a 5 pound puppy to trim around his eyes. When they gave me back my puppy I didn’t like the way they cut his face and I asked for a round face and they refused to cut it more because it wasn’t considered a regular cut yet they cut around his eyes regardless. And that was 50 dollars ! Worst money spent ever. I’ve had groomers for 16 years and this was my worst experience. The cut around the face was awful and they refused to fix it.

Fluffy Puppies is amazing! The groomer cleaned my little rescue so well he didn’t smell like a dog for a week (no chemical or perfume smell either).Definitely recommend!

I started to bring my dogs here because my normal groomer is on maternity leave from PetSmart. Normally, I would drive from Bellaire to the Tyrone PetSmart because she is a great groomer. As the dogs needed to be groomed I was in a pinch to trust another organization and groomer. As pet parents know, these are personal decisions filled with a lot of fear and anxiety when going to a new group.I called to make an appointment and the people at this store are just so incredibly kind and loving. That call won over my business. I knew right away that I would be permanently moving my business to Fluffy Puppies. I could tell that they act from a place of love and kindness in everything they do. I believe the owners name is Suzzie. She really sets the tone for her store.Everyone is just kind and friendly. I felt that I could trust them to care for our dogs. They also happen to do great work too. When you call and walk into the shop you cannot help but being overwhelmed with the love and kindness the owner and staff exude. It truly is a great experience.

I wasn’t happy when I brought my dog here for a full groom and paid $75+ and all he received was a bath and brush, no fur trimming whatsoever. That is an expensive bath! I can bathe him and brush him at home, what I needed was help with trimming his fur up. Nice employees but I didn’t come back after that experience.

This place does it all. The shop is full of food and goodies, there's a doggie daycare and a groomer. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating, especially Suzie! Highly recommend. Walk in nail trims are also available .

First time bringing our two 9 month old English cream golden retriever pups today. Recommended by my daughter who takes her dog there. From booking to pickup the process was a great experience. Jeffrey did an excellent job bathing and trimming. He gets extra thanks for dealing with two puppies that have not been to the groomer before and were very anxious about their spa treatment! Thank you fluffy puppies! Hank and Hannah looked amazing!

Will Not Return Being a customer service junkie this is a very hard review for me to write. But based on the other reviews saying the shop takes no responsibility for things, I figure I will save myself time. First visit- dog was trimmed appropriately for his breed. But came back with a nick on his nose which scabbed up but eventually healed. OK, my dog squirms, the face is a difficult place to trim so I thought nothing of it. Went back for second and last time- was a bit shamed by the owner that our dog was "loaded with flees" and now she had to sanitize. Ok, I'm sorry for that but thinking- why do you offer flea baths if your'e dismayed by the fact that our 7 lb dog had them? (We did not see any so not sure about the "loaded with them" aspect but ok.) Was told by the owner that due to the flee bites he might "bleed a little." That seemed odd but thought, ok. Got the dog home and he spontaneously started bleeding all over my couch. I put him down and he jumped on the other couch and bled all over that one. I could not figure out where the blood was coming from. I put him in his pen and seconds later little tiny bloody paw prints- they cut his toenail too short and it was bleeding pretty bad. Ummm, you didn't notice that? Have you ever seen a dog's nail trimmed below the quick? Well it is an actual blood vessel and when cut it bleeds- a lot. "When the quick is cut the blood vessels will bleed and it will be painful." I don't want to be overly suspicious but there is a product called Kwik stop styptic pencil. It is the only thing I can figure out why they gave me a warning about bleeding from flee bites, never mentioned the nail being cut too short- something you HAVE TO notice...and sent me home without mentioning it.... On top of all that, it seems that the groomer we had this time was a newbie. My pap has his ears cut and tail cut way short and I believe that their ears don't grow back. The last time he was cut appropriately. The trim is crazy uneven with lumps of fur in some places and almost bald in others. All in all this is a horrible experience. My dog is still trembling and won't leave my side or eat. I am afraid to walk him due to fear of infection so we are just laying low. Not going back for a third time.
