I am a new customer and Joe was so easy to work with. He helped me get everything all set and showed me where my locker was and seemed very organized. Also, when I set up for The storage space over the phone the person made it very easy to sign up and make a payment and they emailed me right away with all my documents so I mean the whole process only took me like 15 minutes. It was fantastic so I’m very happy.

I've had terrible experiences with storage companies but not with this one. Joe has made the hassle of renting, moving in, maintaining, and cleaning out my storage unit so much easier and actually a pleasant experience! He could not be kinder or more helpful. He goes above and beyond! Everything is also kept so clean and nice. I hope the company knows how lucky they are to have him. I highly recommend this Storquest.
