I wanted to share with the exceptional service I received from Flagship and their team. I had been locked out of my personal and corporate accounts online. Unfortunately, the notice I received was that I had to call during business hours but it was passed that time. I went ahead and called Tammy my contact at the office anyway just after closing and luckily she still answered the phone which I greatly appreciated. I told her my problem and she immediately contacted Jodi who works on the tech side and was a tremendous help. Jodi was amazing, knowledgable and extremely patient. She worked with me on my account to make sure I got in and reset my account so I could retrieve what I needed. I was under a time crunch, and she stayed on quite awhile after hours to make sure I got everything I needed. Tammy also followed up to make sure I was good to go. They both represent the star in your beautiful Flagship logo!!!

Certain things in life you expect . . . you flip a switch on the wall, the light comes on, you don't do cartwheels because Duke Energy did it again. Unfortunately, we are conditioned to expect mediocrity and poor service almost everywhere we go anymore. But, when you experience gratitude and customer service at its best, it's worth telling someone!Christina Dickson, SVP, makes you feel like she came to work today just for you. That's her simple philosophy in business . . . treat people like there's nothing more important on your schedule than their need! That's not taught in a workshop or seminar . . . you either care or you don't. Christina cares!

When my own bank (Regions Bank) of 20 years failed me and my business when trying to receive the PPP loan I was referred to Flagship. They did everything for us, including completing all the documents online (Twice! Received both PPP loans). They literally saved my business. Can't thank them enough! Not to mention friendly and personable service. In process of moving all of our accounts over to them.

Allows People with not so great records open an account, but when real hard working lower class comes along they want nothing to do with you. I was trying to relocate was going to use this bank but was turned down because I wasn’t the right fit. How the heck is a single mom working a Regular job supposed to get on there feet if a small business like this snubbed there noes at me. It’s ok I went with Suntrust and they were amazing.

This bank and staff are AMAZING!! I’ve had a major life changing event and Flagship has done everything in their power, including deliver papers to my house during my grieving. I could write an entire page about their kindness, but I’ll just say.... transfer your accounts to this bank!!!!! .

This is the way banking was meant to be! If your tired of being just a number at a large bank then this is the bank for you. Everyone here truly cares about everyone that walks through the door. This is an experience that you can only get at a small bank like Flagship. I wouldn’t bank anywhere else!

Friendly, personalized service. Kind of reminds me of "Cheers" You want to go where everybody knows your name. It's true. They offer the personal touch that the "Too big to jail" banks miss.

Don't be fooled, there is no advantage over the big banks I left the big banks years ago because I enjoyed the personal touch of banking with people who know you by name. I knew that they would be more willing to work with me for any of my needs....but that's when times were good. I had been with them for 8 years, almost as long as they have been around. Even when I moved away I kept them because my finances were set up with them, automatic payments, debit purchases, direct deposit, I was loyal to them. But then times got tough. I lost my job, I had to move money around and sometimes I couldn't anticipate the automatic drafting of my expenses. Fees, Fees everywhere. I am working again and I can't keep up with the fees. Did I mention Fees? $400 in fees in just one month, to be exact. I will probably get the local news to run a story on this. Some payments I couldn't stop, some I did cancel but still pre-authorized. Even with my account falling into the negative, they were still authorizing transactions, just so they could return the money and collect the fee. They never lost a dime on me, but they are insisting that I pay these fees or they will put a debt on me. This is big banking practice. This is Bend Over America. I found that they are just as nasty as the fat pigs that run the large banks and they have no willingness to make it right.
