This was my second visit to this dealer. First time was a complete disaster with the advisor failing to communicate that the part I needed was never ordered, and then lying about it and evading my calls. I gave them another chance for a recall repair this week - once again they failed miserably. The appt was for 8:45 am (dropped off my car the night prior). At 1130 am I had not received an update yet (was told it would "take about 2 hrs."), so I proactively reached out. I spoke with a male, after the phone rang at least 25x. He informed me that "Meghan is your advisor. She's busy so I'll let her know you called." I waited for a return call until 1:30 pm, at which time I called again. Same routine with the phone ringing numerous times with no answer, then finally the male answered again, and again informed me that my advisor, Meghan, was busy and "working on it." This went on all day and finally at 5:30 pm I called one last time. Meghan answered. I introduced myself and asked her for an update. She immediately became very defensive stating that "I've been trying to call you all day." I looked at my phone with no missed calls, texts or emails. I informed her of this and then she started to become increasingly loud and blaming "your phone is not working. I've called and I've tried to talk to you." I maintained my composure best i could to not reciprocate. I asked Meghan if the repair was comolete and if i could come get my car: she said it was done. I went to pick up my car and was met with more attitude and blame. I chose to simply look at the staff and not say a word, getting my keys and exiting the service area. I've purchased a few Subaru cars and I've always been treated respectfully. The service has always been nothing but professional, however, it seems that Subaru has now lowered its standard to where it feels it is cceptable for its customers to be at the mercy of rude, unprofessional employees and substandard service. This will be the last Subaru product I will buy and the last time I will step foot in this awful dealer!

Had an amazing experience purchasing a car from Fitzgerald Subaru. They do the opposite of all the "bad stereotypes" you think about when you think about going to a dealership. No run around, no dumb games, just gives you the information for the car and helps you get approved. Love my new car and can't recommend them enough. Alex helped me and you should ask for him!

Not upsold on services/parts my car does not need. Will continue to use them as my vehicle service provider.

Appt for 9/9/24
Always on time, easy and efficient service at Fitzgerald Subaru. I had everything checked, tires rotated and checked, cabin filter, air filter…I was out in about an hour +! All the service advisors are superior. For this service service, Jordan helped me. He is professional, positive, and very kind. He explained everything that was done and even sent a follow up text to make certain all is okay.

They had the car for hours then told me at pick up they cld not fix what was wrong with battery drainage due to lack of part… I should have been told that in the beginning, not at tick yo. Someone had left nasty greasy fingerprints all over the dash which made feel I wld throw up… disgusting! Also you used to run the cars through car wash. I spent nearly $1000.00 & car was unwashed. Very disappointing from previous visits!!

I drove from Texas with a sound banging under the car. Called Subaru while on the road trip. They advised to come in on Sat. They diagnosed the problem, had the parts and fixed the issue. Tom was kind and explained it all to me very professionally and courteously. So nice dealing with him. Great service.

I will drive 3 hours out of my way so I never go back to this terrible dealership.
Went in to get batteries in key fobs changed and to get a replacement part for my interior. The tech insisted that the batteries had full charge even though my 2020 outback computer read on the screen that they were low. Refused to change them. Tech then looked at the part on the interior that is falling off, tried to push it back in with dirty hands, and then told us they would need to order a part. Two days later I was stuck in a parking lot because my key fob was dead and when using the physical key the alarm wouldn't stop. Guess the batteries really were dead . .
It's now been a month with no word on the replacement part so I have a handprint of grease with a more broken interior than what I started with.
