When I arrived in the store Mia was busy putting out fresh stock but very happily assisted me to find the right pair of shoes. Not only did was she helpful in shoe selection, she went above and beyond to search my phone for the $10 off coupon on a $100 or higher pair of shoes. Mia is a cheerful, resourceful, and well trained employee. Finish Line is lucky to have her. Thanks, Mia! ❤️

Shopping last minute on Christmas week is completely CRAZY! but I have to give a shout out to employees who are very humble, respectful and of course have patience! Thursday evening, I was at Countryside Mall located in 27001 US Hwy 19 N 1007A Clearwater, FL 33761 decided to shop in Finish Line. While in the store, I had Aaliyah attend me as well as other customers and let me tell you, she put in her steps and was on point! Got to give her kudos! While I was paying I over heard a conversation with an other employee, he questioned her why was she lacing sneakers! And she responded calmly and respectfully because that's the thing to do. His response was something among the lines of "not if a store is full." I just want to point out sometimes it's not about quantity but QUALITY! Aside of us who give reviews and see which employees and stores give great customer services! With this being said I hope her boss gives her a shout out! And congratulates her for her work ethics! Thank You! You never know who is around! Who gives reviews!

Sabrina was very helpful and attentive with the purchase. It was black Friday and was really busy but she was on the go and had a great attitude. I went to this store today because a piece of a shoe they sold me ended up breaking. I have had these shoes for about a month. They're clean and I have worn them a handful of times. I went back to ask for an exchange since I like the shoes and they tell me I'm past the return date. I show them a calender to show that I'm within the 45 day policy and they still refuse to offer me an exchange or return due to the fact that "they're worn". I ask them what the return policy is for if I am trying to return them within 45 days and they tell me if it's the wrong size or I something. I ask if the policy is if maybe their shoe broke and they said yes but they still won't do anything due to the fact that I've worn the shoes. After that I tried calling their customer service line. The wait time was 19 minutes. 35 minutes later I still have no answer. So I hung up. So now u have a broken shoe that they won't honor their policy in returning or exchanging because I've worn them.Won't be shopping here anymore.I also took a picture of my receipt to show I was within the 45 days but it won't let me post pictures here for some reason but I'm happy to show the manager or owner.

Went in today and as busy as they were, Sabrina made sure to be as helpful and attentive as needed to find my kids the shoes they needed and we had her running back and forth for different types and sizes, but she had a smile on her face through all of the chaos! The world needs more Sabrinas! Thanks soo much*

I went to the mall today with my girls, and Sabrina was super kind and super helpful. She was able to help us getting shoes. The rest of the staff was also amazing. I will definitely be returning.

My fiance and I just walked into this store to buy a pair of Jordan's when I noticed Literally 5 associates working (if you call it that) and NOT one person said hello! A girl leaning on the clothes as if she was extremely bored, (which she still could have been doing something besides milking the clock) then the other 3 associates around the counter joking around and the other guy staring in his phone! The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I mean why not cut ppl down to 2 or 3 when it's that slow... look at how much the store has been doing the past few days, and forecast from there! I mean it's Tuesday... cut the hours. Even then, I bet we still would have had the same service. As my fiance was trying on the display shoe, one of the guys with the glasses walked by. I thought he was at least going to say hello and ask if we needed anything but NOPE! NOTHING!! NOT EVEN A SMILE even when I smiled at him first! I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT WASTE A DOLLAR IN AN ESTABLISHMENT LIKE THAT! Sad! But I guess it starts with management! Coach your associates on how to have CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Bet the MANGER NEEDS TRAINING HIMSELF. Tuesday at 7pm...I know you mabe tired from your 6hr shift but I just got done working 10 and still have a smile & greet my guests with respect and gratitude. I wouldn't even have given them 1 Star but I had no choice bc I want corporate to know how they're probably losing money this way.

The problem with shoe stores like these (JD Sports Tyrone mall)and particularly this one, is the customer service sucks. Greet your customers when they walk in the store and offer help for your products. Don’t make me come walk you down as 3 employees are standing there on they’re phone, and no you weren’t busy.This is a entry level job and if you can’t do this properly do not expect to go far in life.With out our money you don’t have a job, Bunch of little kids or grown man trying to be cool, you work at a shoe store stop it..

I’ve had THE BEST customer service here with Miss. shakira ( I’m almost positive that’s her name ) , made me wanna cry that we still have such sweet souls in this world. Miss shakira ( we’ll call her Titi <3 ) not only helped me find the right sizes for all 3 of my kids after checking a few different sizes she kept going in the back with a smile on her face to help us, and when my kids even got a little upset because they didn’t have their size she would always say “ don’t worry babies, titi gots you “ as she ordered our birthday girl the exact shoes she wanted. she treated my ENTIRE family of 6 with nothing but sweetness and kindness, and I let her know it was by far THE BEST customer service I’ve ever had in ANY store and how nice and happy she was, she gave me a hug and was over joyed that I said that to her. Words cannot do justice of how much my 30 minute interaction with her, ment to my family and myself. I will be back in on Sunday to see titi with a little present for her <3 please take into consideration how much of a GREAT person and employee she is, and she deserves employee of a life time ! ( I’ve never left a Google review before , this is my first and I’d definitely do it again for her !)
