They are just a rude as ever at this branch, they are not educated on banking and check policies and they cut you off when you try to talk. If they were not so nice in the Pinellas Park Office, I would leave this bank. Hire Courteous People that treat customers with respect. This is an update of a previous bad review, they have not corrected the situation.

I like having to go through double security doors which make me feel safer in bank. They have a new drive thru atm in the back which replaced a difficult to use older one with an easy to use atm.There are also drive thru tellers in back.

The staff is fairly friendly and helpful. However I am learning the hard way that their policies cripple my business and actually prevent me from being able to conduct business and service my customers. If you are considering opening a business account at 5th 3rd bank....dont! You have no idea how much trouble and inconvenience you will be avoiding.

This is by far the worst bank that I've ever dealt with! If I could give zero stars I would. Ever since I've opened my account it's as if they're trying to prevent me from accessing my money. Every time I've had to call customer service they're rude and nonchalant about issues needing addressed. They also hang up when they don't have a proper answer.

Do not open an account at this bank. The idiots launched a new website that is a total disaster! Mobile deposits no longer work most of the time. When you call the automated line will not recognize your info and lock your out. Then you call and a bubblehead on the phone can not help.

The ATM at this location has keep my debit card 3 times in the last 6 months. Both 5/3 card and othe banks cards. If I use another banks ATM 5/3 charges added fees. What a horrible way to treat customers. The manager can't seem to get it fixed.

DONT RECOMMENDED AT ALL ! unless you want your money to go “MISSING” and transferring money in accounts WITHOUT your permission only to then be told they can’t have access to the money they transferred without your permission in the first place.

I have a sick brother trying to deposit money for him they left me standing in the entrance for at least a minute and 20 seconds locked .Instantly I do not understand why they did not greet me and say hello. Not a very friendly branch felt like I was on trial in there. I definitely wouldn’t do any business here. I was able to deposit the money in my brothers bank account and get his account positive.I might add I have two business accounts at two other banks I have a construction company and a trucking company over the road. Not happy with what I experience today.I guess they didn’t take the dale Carnegie course in human relations how to Win friends and influence people maybe they need to stop worrying and start living. as one of my team students Sheila Eichenauer Who worked at fifth third back in Dayton Ohio in 1989. They waited till the two ladies in the lobby left the bank I don’t really know what that meant. Maybe I’m not cleanly shaving oh well. Hopefully they warm up a little bit in here. Maybe they don’t like the Cincinnati Reds oh well.

Awesome bank and nice people working behind the desk. Just don't go there for notary services and don't expect them to stand behind you if a vendor is charging the card twice for the same service.

Have been going for years and never had a problem, always thorough with explaining everything and besides the occasional backup/ only 1 teller behind the counter when there's a line of 4 people, it all has been good.

Rude and Lied! I heard the teller discussing my question with the manager. He didn't feel like training or helping the teller so he told the teller to tell me to go to the other branch on Park that had helped be before. The teller then came out and tried to lie to me, telling me this branch no longer does that type of transaction not knowing I heard the whole thing. Who would ever trust their hard earned money with lazy untrained lying people? I'm glad I closed my accounts with this incompetent bank.

My girlfriend is a member at the bank so I figured we would be treated with respect. I was sadly mistaken. I need a simple form notarized. The teller said they only do real estate. After speaking with the manager he said he would not help me because I was not personally a member. Eventually he told me he would help me but I would have to come back tomorrow. Wells Fargo had me in and out in less than 5. This place is full of incompetent employees who speak broken english. Pick a different bank!
