They have always been really helpful and friendly when I come in here whether it’s for a deposit, notary, or other banking matters. Even when busy I have never had to wait more than a few minutes and they have comfortable chairs to wait in. Not sure why there are bad reviews in the past, maybe people forget that the world doesn’t revolve around them or maybe staff and management has changed. Either way, I personally go inside every time I go here just because of how friendly and helpful they always are.

This is by far the worst bank that I've ever dealt with! If I could give zero stars I would. Ever since I've opened my account it's as if they're trying to prevent me from accessing my money. Every time I've had to call customer service they're rude and nonchalant about issues needing addressed. They also hang up when they don't have a proper answer.

The tellers are great, friendly and polite. All good people. But the manager lacks competence, 75% of the time they leave 1 teller to work both counter and drivethru, which means if you pull up to drivethru and there is 1 customer inside and 1 car in front of you, you are looking at 15-25 minutes to get completed...Why ? Cause they would rather us wait 15-25 minutes and save a buck on salaries....Not sure if all branches do this garbage, but this one could care less if we have to wait, like we have nothing better to do.

No one can answer a phone I've been lock out my own account for 2 days Sunday, Monday a bank really cant afford to have more phone workers. that work different hours so there can be someone to answer 24/7 so basically if anyone gets info stolen sat night the opposite person gets a full 24 hours before you can do anything not saying that's the case rn but just saying what could happen wasn't for this location just talking in general bc I have to wait another day

Do not open an account at this bank. The idiots launched a new website that is a total disaster! Mobile deposits no longer work most of the time. When you call the automated line will not recognize your info and lock your out. Then you call and a bubblehead on the phone can not help.

Within a few minutes waiting to open a new account, and listening to the interactions between staff and customers, I knew I made the right choice in a new bank!! Monique is professional and personable, a very nice experience overall!!

Literally the worst bank of all existence!Zero help. Phone support is garbage. They literally hang up on you. Mobile app doesn’t work.

fifth third ? bank is not trustworthy, they've allowed their staff to steal customers personal banking information and use it as they will, they claimed the people responsible were terminated but all you're left with is a ? credit monitoring program, no real solution, they closed my account, their error not mine, they gave no warning or anything, now a second stimulus is arriving now I'm inconvenienced due to this bank negligence, my account was open 8 years before these low life's put their greedy fingers on it, don't bank here, don't pay for these people lifestyle they are not appreciative anyway!!!!

New management is amazing! Hes very friendly, competent and quick to handle business! Natalia and Cheryl are always reliable and steady. If I ever have issues with accounts Natalia is my go to person. Austin is a great guy also. Sharp fast and easy to deal with. Great bank!

My former branch was up in Dunedin, now, this one is 4 minutes from my house and, I'd rather drive a half hour up to Dunedin. The "branch manager" Cliff, is a pretentious, judgmental, unhelpful, condescending and RUDE person who clearly does not embrace 5/3's Mission Statement. (he should probably Google it) and none of the people from the 800 number online or other branch managers cared to deal with the issue. 5/3 bank has become a huge disappointment, with this branch blazing the trail. Take your money elsewhere.
