We have had a very disappointing experience thus far with Ferguson and the Wolf cooktop and downdraft that they installed this past week. The project involved coordinating a schedule with our HVAC team in order to hook up the downdraft vent and because Ferguson wouldn’t guarantee a first am arrival time (only a window) despite multiple conversations, including a supervisor, it made setting up this installation very difficult. I would recommend that Ferguson be, more helpful when additional trades people are required to be part of the installation project.
Ultimately, Ferguson came in the morning and installed the new Wolf downdraft and cooktop. When we arrived home that afternoon, the cooktop was not secured into place and was moving on the granite countertop, the downdraft vent did not go up and down, and one of the burners on the new cooktop did not function properly.
I called Ferguson and was referred to a very helpful supervisor/Manager. Felipe, was helpful and arranged to come back the following day to address our concerns. They fixed the stove top so that it was secure on the countertop. The downdraft fan was fixed, but they had to put a “service call” for the new cooktop to fix the burner. We now have to wait a week before someone from “high end” service can come to fix the brand NEW wolf cooktop. We are concerned and wondering if we received a defective cooktop….why does a brand new appliance need to be fixed? Scheduling the “high end” service call was again another nightmare for people who work.
Lastly, we paid $150 for a presite visit. Several of the problems that were identified on the day of the installation, including locating a place for the remote to control the downdraft were never addressed as possible problems or concerns that day. My wife was present for that visit and we were very surprised on the day of installation when these new problems were brought up. Had they been brought up on the day of the site visit we may have chosen different appliances or a different installation strategy.
Overall, I’m very disappointed with our experience with Ferguson and the Wolf products we purchased. We chose Ferguson based off of its reputation for high-quality service and appliances. Based off our experience thus far, I am sure we would not use them again. I would appreciate further conversation with leadership and management of this organization regarding this whole process. I hope they will make this situation right and others will not have to go through this very dissatisfying experience.

I saw some stuff I like on the website and went down to ask some questions and order. The lady at the front desk said they don't sell shower bases (they do) and told me another competitors store to go to. I walked around for several minutes to see what else they had. I walked by at least 5 employees (no customers) and not a single one acknowledged me.

Charlie was excellent so helpful!We went in and he talked us through what we needed and found all of our parts online and helped us ordered them. Charlie is great I recommend everyone asking for him.

Great showroom. Lots of outstanding ideas and products. We were talking back a product under warranty which was taken care of in a fast and efficient manner. Upholding warranties and the ease of handling a warranty return greatly affect if I ever buy anything from them again. And the way they handled it, I will.

My wife and I visited on 10/23/23 to look for bath items for remodel. We entered and browsed for several minutes. There were several employees and no one bothered to greet us or ask if we needed any help. They have nice stuff but I think I'll take my business elsewhere.

Molly - in response to your comment, I do not recall speaking with you, as you stated in your comment. As a follow-up to my review, Ferguson has provided me some compensation (a percentage of my purchase amount) for my stress and inconvenience. However, my position remains the same, and I will never shop at Ferguson again.

Love this place! Unfortunately I can barely afford anything in it! But took my mom there to find a replacement for her super dooper automatic toilet and they were able to present us qith many options until we found the one that suited her needs. I love this place, but be forewarned, it is very expensive!
