Brought in my brand new Seiko to have some links removed. Guy began working on it. I asked for 4 to be removed. He insisted to start with 3 and go from there. I said ok. He then removes the 3. I try it on. It is does not fit correctly. I ask for him to remove another link and he said he’d have to send it out to get done because it required a special tool. I go to Paris Jewelers and the gentlemen noticed the watch was not put together properly, links were untied, and a pin bent. He promptly took care of the bent pin and removed the final link. Do not get your watches resized here instead go to Paris Jewelers downstairs.

5 stars! Best pricing! Super great customer service! I was quoted $140 at another jewelry repair to get my name plate fixed and was told I wouldn’t be able to pick it up until the next day and Thong charged me $40 and fixed it in less than 30 mins! My dad who passed away gave me this necklace so it holds extreme sentimental value and it was fixed perfectly! So thank you again sooo much!! 5 stars!!

I totally recommend this place! The wrist band was a little bigger but this guys make sure that fits me well, it was just $16, and super fast. I mean they said come back in 30 min, which is good because if you go to Countryside Mall you wanna walk around and shopping, so I think that's cool. Thank you so much.

Recently tried having a fossil watch battery replaced, and after trying three other places this was the only one I could find that could actually do it without having to send the watch out. The service was done in less than 15 minutes and cost less than $20. I was very impressed with the speed and quality of service. Highly recommend for watch battery replacement.
