The manager is more racist person I saw in my life . After drive 25 hours from Boston to Florida we arrive to this motel . We have a motorhome .,when the lady saw my employee who is Mexican Said is not motorhome available parking here . Ok was 11 at night, we were time . Ok we parking in other place and we come here . She said already cancel . She doesn’t want Hispanic people there . We need to sleep in the motorhome after 25 hours drive . Not shower and with a daughter who has cystic fibrosis. She is rude , racist and disrespectful don’t care about anything.

The room was filthy, bathroom wasn't even touched! I had to shower with a towel on the floor of the tub! The "non smoking" room stunk to high heaven of smoke! To add insult to injury, our truck door was keyed! I'd avoid this place at all costs.

The Worst Hotel I have ever stayed at. Very Very Dirty Rooms including Blood stains dirty stained tub carpet looked like a greasy engine was built on it. DO NOT STAY HERE.Rooms: Very Very Dirty Rooms and service is very bad ?

It took me 1 1/2 hours to be let into my room for I had to go to the office 4 times because the key would not open the door. The toilet bowl was dirty. The rug had fleas in it. I have pictures to prove my complaint. Room 357

Room smelled of stagnant cigarette smoke. Burns in carpet, bathroom sink, kitchen table. Shower was grungy. Renovation is in progress.Rooms: Room was old, dark and smelly.Nearby activities: Beach, shopping are within a short distance.Food & drinks: Multiple eateries close by.

Filthy room. The carpet should be filled out and burnt. Cannot believe they could rent out this room and have the audacity to charge a pet fee.This used to be a great hotel that was clean and well maintained but has declined drastically in the last year or two.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE! Office staff was a 10/10. Overall condition of facilities and room very run down. The room I was given was dirty, the seal under the front door was gone, you could see through the 1 1/2" gap under door to outside. Non smoking room however smelled awful like cigarettes. I could go on, but just steer clear of this facility. Needless to say, I declined my stay and went elsewhere. This hotel could be really nice, with exterior and interior improvements.

Rooms were decent, however overall establishment is not well maintained. The stair railings were disgusting. The bathroom had an odd odor and the fan was not operational. Sounds from walls and ceiling as if something was residing there for free.

“DO NOT PICK HERE ITS DIRTY AND HAS MOLD IN BATHROOMS!!”The smell in room is hard to kill!Mopped floor over and over still DIRTY!A lot of dust in room.Opening door in room had opening at bottom where anything can come in!Told management they seem not to care! Be Careful and go somewhere else! IF I COULD PICK ZERO I WOULD HAVE!!!!!

I already wrote a good review a while ago but I felt it necessary to update it especially after this last hurricane that just came through. It was Mandatory for the entire place to evacuate since we are in zone A, which is understandable and out of there hands. Yes it was stressful, but I have to honestly give this location ALOT of credit with the way they handled everything on such short notice. They made the process SO MUCH less stressful giving the situation. All the staff were EXTREMELY professional, helpful, and empathetic towards the guests and there situations. The new management and whole team here have improved immensely within the last few months especially. I am absolutely greatful for the help they could provide within there means and would recommend this specific property to any family or friends visiting the area. The property itself is kept up nicely and I have to honestly say I see all the staff doing there part here. From the top management, to front desk to the housekeepers. Thankyou for everything ladies!

To call this place disgusting would be a compliment. Stay away from this nasty and unsafe hotel. Roaches, bugs, dirty towels, hair on the bathroom floor, what looks like blood, and more. After looking at the three rooms we left this nasty property immediately. Management and staff were also uncaring. F this hotel and their ownership.

This place has been amazing for a work extended-stay trip in the bay area. The girls that run the place are beautiful and sharp and Octavia handled everything seamlessly checking in and out and went above and beyond our expectations. I would definitely stay here if you’re looking for clean accommodation in the Bay Area
