This company may be involved with Medicare fraud. It sends out fax notices claiming to have received an order from your office for your patient, but when you return their fax requesting the said "order" they refuse to respond. So called "patient" is NOT even a patient at our clinic! The same day I posted this, they finally respond. They couldn't bother to respond to the THREE faxes I did send to them as they claim we should have. We specifically requested them to provide a copy of the "order" they claimed to have gotten from my office; but they NEVER responded. Told them on the third fax that complaints would be filed, but that was not enough to get their attention either. Told them specifically, quoting "If we fail to receive copy of order by 6-17, we will file a complaint to various state and federal agencies interested in Medicare fraud." Still NO response . . . until this posting. Interesting that a company that SUPPOSEDLY helps so many people that they don't have ANY reviews after over 15 months in business.

My grandfather received his equipment a few days after the order was confirmed and it arrived in a blue box, it looked great among the other packages. Excellent service!
