I arrived at 9:30am on a Monday morning there were 3 employees running around trying to service everyone. I was told that there were 4 people ahead of me and they had to clean the vehicles so it would be 20min. I do appreciate the heads up but now it's 10:13am and the waiting room has been filled to 11 people with 3 others who have already left and been helped. Those same 3 employees are running around trying to service everyone including cleaning the returned vehicles. I believe management needs to come in and do some hiring and reorganization if they want to uphold their motto "putting you first is our first priority". This placard is false advertising at the moment. Hopefully management can fix this.

Great service, very accommodating. Forgot a lot of valuable things in trunk and every bit of it was waiting in the office for me to pickup. Definitely recommend and will repeat again.

We had to go pick up an RV we had purchased from an out of town private party. This seemed like the best way to get there to pick it up and our experience was excellent with Enterprise. Staff was friendly & efficient and the person we dealt, Cole, with followed up during the rental with text messages to make sure everything was okay. He was very helpful and friendly. When we need to rent again we will be using Enterprise.

Over the last month I had 2 rentals from this location due to an insurance claim. Both experiences were great. They picked me up from my office when I needed them to. Offered to drive me back today. They called me to let me know when my insurance coverage was ending in case my insurance didn't tell me and they even remembered my situation and asked how my search for a new car was going. Aric, even though he doesn't spell his name correctly :-), Mickey and Cole and the rest of the people that work at this location are great.

I won’t be renting from this location ever again. Young cats running the office like a collage dorm, “upgraded” me to a mid-sized suv that smells like cigarettes, brakes make a weird noise and to top it all off the gave me the car with LITTLE TO NO OIL!! Now I’m running around trying to find the specific oil this car takes and trust it’s a HUGE inconvenience.

I have been using this location (US 19, Clearwater/Safety Harbor) location since 2019 and their staff has never been better. They HUSTLE to get you in and out as quickly as possible. And, if there is a delay of any kind, they are up front and tell you - plus what they are trying to do to expedite your reservation - they drove me to another location to get my rental instead of waiting on a delivery. I cannot speak highly enough about the service from the staff.With over 200 rental dates from this location alone over the years, if there is a hiccup it's because Enterprise Corp computing puts too many cars at the airport and they get their teeth kicked in trying to locate enough units to cover this branch.Save yourself time, save more money and book your rental with this crew. Things will be smoother and you'll be happier.

I have been renting from Enterprise for a number of years. I have always had a 5 star experience. This location was an exception. The manager and one of his team members, Eric, did there best to address my concerns, but there were operations service failure from start to finish. One member of the team was not properly trained and coaching from the manager and Eric only occurred after the service failure. Here are some examples. 1. no car available in my category. 1st suggested replacement was a lower category. 2. second car suggested at the desk which is "being washed and will be up front in a few minutes", then 10 minutes later, another team member tells me it has a check engine light and is not available. (which tells me it was not addressed when the car was checked in.) Only available car was a new chevy truck, difficult in and no training by team to addrees simple items like shifting. Returned in one day for car in my category, total wast of time. This car was ok except it was not washed and there were service warning lights for Oil Chance, Brake, Windshield washer and we did not know that we would have GPS and Music App problems with both phones sync to car. Again, service failures. When I decided to rent for 4 more days after our 2 week rental the "new guy" did not know that he was suppose to update the record and update the new charges, requiring the manager to call me that night to update my record. I should have known their might be a problem when the guy in front of me at the counter when I arrived was bringing back his car after three days and two battery failures. I provided Enterprise St. Louis with management training for all branch managers, years ago. There are many service and coaching touch points in one simple transaction. Unfortunately I did not experience the Enterprise Service Experience promised.

I was so stressed out. I unfortunately needed work done to my car, so I had to arrange a rental. After working all day, organizing a ride, driving North on US 19 in horrible traffic, going to the wrong site, having my ride come back to get me then finally getting to the correct enterprise, both teams were so wonderfully helpful and reassuring. It was seriously close to closing time; maybe over. I'm not sure. This team had the car ready and in moments I was headed home. Truthfully. I was crying because the gentleman was so nice. I hugged him. Having a company and their staff be so considerate makes life better. Thank you.

I always use this enterprise as its close to my job. All the employees there have been kind, knowledgeable and provided amazing customer service. I would always reserve online and pick up and drop off takes less than 5-10 minutes. I highly recommend them!

Very good experience with the team at this location. Customer service was outstanding - they communicated well, were very efficient and didn’t waste our time, and provided us with a car commensurate with the own we own (while our personal vehicle was in for repairs). Our rep was Patrick, and he couldn’t have been any more pleasant! Would absolutely use this location again if I need a rental vehicle in the future.

Enterprise filed a claim against my carrier for a part that fell off their vehicle. The first day we had the rental car we noticed a part not attached to the vehicle and phoned the local office to let them know what we discovered. The rep told us to put in the back seat and agreed it may have been that way before we rented it that day. Low and behold they turned around and billed my insurance company. This is not fair. I didn't break the part which is the reason why I phoned them. When I rent a vehicle I always take photos and often videos. Now I guess I will have to get used to pulling and tugging on every body part to be sure I do not get the blame for the car falling apart. Also, consider a rental company that does not turn on its customers. They said to no worry it was probably the previous renter and to toss it in the back seat. Clearly Enterprise has lost its marbles.
