They were extremely empathic when I had to bring my 15-year-old dog in Molly to be put down. It was an incredibly stressful day, but they made it easy. They were very compassionate.

In memory of Pebbles
Dr Pola and staff are the absolute best. They were there to answer our questions and guide us through from the first visit with our girl Pebbles. They were always caring and compassionate and there when we needed them. When it came time for her final visit they were so compassionate and sympathetic and helped us transition our girl to the rainbow bridge with dignity and caring. Thank you so much for all you have done for us. We will never forget you for helping us.

Over the years we have had a lot of pets, and gone to a lot of veterinarians, but none have put our entire family (including the furry ones) at ease like Dr. Pola! He spends a lot of time and really listens. Perfect blend of wisdom, experience, realism and a caring heart! Cannot recommend enough!

5 star Always treated professionally . Caring knowledgeable I've read several negative reviews on this Clinic and have never had a bad experience there. You can't please everyone but my animals have always been cared for properly and caringly.

- *Starting Nov 2023Horrible experience from owner Dr. CarlosExtremely disappointed with this facility. Our 11 pound dog received bloodwork to get her teeth cleaned . Unfortunately, never received any information that week . After calling 3 times in over 3 1/2 weeks later . We finally were told to bring her back in so the Owner Dr Carlos could take a look at her teeth again. Now There are only two veterinarians at this facility . The owner said that her teeth didn’t look that bad we he asked me to come in to double check her. At that point, I felt like I was actually receiving better customer. when I was there mentioned a couple loose teeth. Promise me that I would receive a quote that evening . Four days later we received a voicemail the woman left a Voicemail that She would send us a quote . She might need up to 12 teeth pulled The actual doctor told me maybe two in person . So now 8 weeks later we have never received quote to our e-mail Even if they did send us a quote, they would not earn one more cent from my business . The only thing they could do is refund me my wasted $200 because unfortunately, this vet told us that the bloodwork is only good for four weeks. When speaking with the owner he put all the blame on the receptionist Melissa . He saying that they never received our messages from calling, after 3 weeks and receptionist Melissa was the only professional and understanding Employee at the facility . Unfortunately, for her the owner is a JOKE when it comes to organization and customer service .Jan 15 2024 10 amI called in today to see if there was still any possibility of ever receiving the bloodwork that we paid $200 for Hoping to go to another vet. Melissa did send us our quote and bloodwork today 700-1700 . Finally We Received the email . Melissa said sorry I wishes there was something that she can do . I mentioned to her that the bloodwork is will over four weeks old, and if She could have owner give me a refund it would be much great . Melissa told me she would forward it to the owner.DR Carlos PolaThen did give me a phone call At 7:30 pm Asking if I was the one that left the bad review on Google. Yes Sir I told him that I have decided not to pursue working with his company and decided to go another vet . And wanted to try to see if I could use the bloodwork that I already purchased through his company .He ask me why it took me four weeks to leave a review (WHAT) My reply was, why did it take more than four weeks to receive any information on our blood. To make the 30 minute conversation Short. He did not want to refund me penny Stating that he provided a service. Remember a service that is over four weeks old and also the bloodwork will not work not only at his facility or any other. He intended to tell me that he does not reply to any reviews and has been wanting to Replied to mine. I told him Instead of replying to my review A call to discuss the matters and provide great customer customer service would’ve been enough. He then wanted to tell me that he is not In business for customer service, and that he is a veterinary . I had to remind him that he was also a business owner. He then tried to explain to me that he was new as a business owner. I replied, with how long have you owned . His reply was 10 years . SIR 10 years You are not a new Business owner. The fact of this owner/veterinarian, not taking any responsibility for not providing good Service is ridiculous. I will not delete my review. I will not ask for my $200 refund And I will not recommend this facility to anyone. Anybody that actually took the time to read this review I appreciate it and I wish you good service …..

First time there and it was a great experience! Dr Pola was very knowledgeable, friendly, and took his time when answering my questions. All of the staff were very accommodating and attentive. Also, didn’t break the bank, like a lot of the others!

If I could give a 10 star to Dr Pola I would. I have 2 Emden Geese as pets they are 10 years old and my one goose Carmen has developed Bumblefoot (very painful and hard to treat, starts with a small cut and can get infected over time) I told Dr Pola about her and he was determined to help her! He was able to do surgery on her foot to remove the infection, gave me exact instructions on how to clean and wrap her foot every other day and asked me to send photos of her progress. (it is hard to bring a 12lb goose to a Vet for check ups) Almost 2 weeks later and she isn't limping anymore, her foot is healing beautifully and is not red or swollen but light pink and back to normal size! I am so happy with Dr Pola and staff for taking such great care of my Carmen! Thank you for caring so much, I highly recommend Dr Pola, be patient if trying to get in with him, he is busy because he is so good and he has a heart of gold.

Dr Pola is a fantastic doctor and his nurse is just lovely. However trying to get an appointment or getting help with an emergency with your pet is impossible. I called today for my injured pet and was told by the front desk “maybe Thursday”. This leaves Q you with no other option for emergent care but to go elsewhere and spend a fortune.
