If you’re American this job is just an lost opportunity. You are definitely guarantee to never get paid on time and wait weeks after payday for your checks. Nobody speaks english because everyone’s latino, except the two older chinese ladies that runs the place. If you’re African American you won’t even stand a chance in the “Clean Room” because the Chinese lady named Nancy will let everyone know right away that she was mugged in Eastpoint, MI by a black person and now anytime she’s called to court to do jury duty she gets a pardon if any of the other jurors are African american or any of the defendants because she’s “afraid of black people”. The employees are nice but they will talk about you in spanish right in your face with others and if you complain to the leads that you understand spanish and the things you hear, you will be quickly replaced. it’s a nice place to work but you will be treated so bad and never paid.
