Terrible place to shop no one around to help i waited around 15 minutes tried talking to someone that worked there he pretended to be talking with someone on his phone. Horrible experience then was told by an associate to buy on line from Amazon. No wonder these stores close up!!

Best buy good store to find electronic and more, huge amounts of tv to choice from, staff is very attentive, knowledge of what your looking for highly recommended is not the cheap store but your get quality of products

Great stores though I mostly come to this center for Best Buy - picking up my Pixel 8 Pro!!! That said, I don't really care for the parking situation. The layout of the spaces and different rows is a little confusing and conunter-intuitive. If you haven't been before I recommend caution and patience.

The product we bought works really well with our TV. Especially since it's a Samsung TV and a Samsung soundbar, but is associate's knowledge of what we were doing or what we were buying was very limited. He didn't know that it was actually Bluetooth capability and didn't need a wire ended up making us buy a water for it. Which we didn't, the unit works great with the TV of course, because it is a Samsung TV and sing Samsung soundbar.

Customer service has gone down hill. Ordered a TV to pick up. Customer service just hands it to us. No help.. no thank you..zero Customer service. Coffee pots low selection anything on sale not in stock

Worst service ever! Sad that I got more help out of a Samsung representative that was fixing their display then I could out of the employees. And then if you want to buy a case or anything else, good luck because unless you were buying the newest iPhones or the very very expensive phones like the $1,000 ones, they don't carry the cases, they don't carry the protective glasses. they expect you to leave the store with no protection for your phone and order the extra parts from Amazon! Needless to say I wasted almost an hour there between trying to get service and such and then I left empty-handed because I'm not buying a phone and not have a case for it. I feel if you're selling a product you should have all the accessories to go with that product or slim down what you are selling. Be a complete service place not a fly by night.

Marshall's Guitar Center, Best Buy and a very classy furniture outlet. The Marshall's had THE best selection of any Marshall's I've visited. Will definitely shop there again. I hadn't been in a Guitar Center for many years,was.mostly browsing recording and sound gear. Great selection of very affordable gear there. Amazed at how reasonably priced most of it was. The Best Buy had a great selection of near high end gear. Had Martin Logan and B&W speakers but only 2 ML hybrid electrostatic speakers and had B&W 600 and 700 series but no Nautilus 800 series. Store was well kept and neat. The furniture outlet had many very fine contemporary designs, even though it's an outlet and most items were marked as half off, not inexpensive by any means.but gorgeous stuff.

I imagine Best Buy sites aren't going to be around too much longer. We've been to this store a half dozen times over the last few years and are always given the wrong information. Most recently, we wanted to build a Bluetooth stereo system and bought what the salesperson recommended, spending around $2,000. When we got home we discovered that none of the pieces interacted and we needed to buy another $400 piece after being reassured, multiple times, that the original purchase was all we needed. Normally, we would see this as a simple mistake except that it happens every time. Shame on us I suppose, but sometimes we just like to go to a brick and mortar and talk to a live person.
