Had a wonderful experience at Dimmitt Chevrolet from every person I spoke with. Wanted a very specific vehicle and they had it so I called and Tanya from the marketing team was very kind over the phone and sent all the information necessary. After making my way out there from Orlando, Richard in sales was very professional and straight up honest with everything he could do to help me. I had a previous bad experience at a dealership and was quite hesitant but was not disappointed at all by the professional customer service from this team. Richard clearly broke down all necessary information in detail, never rushed or made me feel pressured, and it was a great experience dealing with him. Eric in the financing department was also wonderful as he very clearly broke down what more Dimmitt chev had to offer and also never made me feel pressured about anything. Car buying can be a high stress thing to do, but it was wonderful dealing with this dealership. Would come back again!

From the day he sold me the vehicle he has made sure I am a satisfied customer and has offered his time if I have any questions or concerns. He explains everything in detail and makes any necessary offers as needed.
