Came in with a corrupted ssd and the hospitality and all over customer service was amazing friendly atmosphere knew exactly what I was talking about and was fixed in less than a day! Highly reccomend 1st time going somewhere for help for my pc and am glad I found these guys best in the business!!!

Took my wife's laptop in to replace a damaged fan before Christmas. Talked with Terry on the team he ordered not one but two fans to replace the existing ones.Scheduled a time to take the laptop in for service.After Christmas I checked in with him, and he was out on leave for the holidays. That's where Chris and the rest of the team stepped up and got my wife's laptop back up and running again,and at a very good price point too. These guys are truly the digital ninjz .Thank you guys so much I will be back again if I ever need technical support or help with my computing needs.Five stars all the way!

Digital NinjaZ was recommended to me by a FB post. Took an older Mac in for a battery repair. My Mac malfunctioned unfortunately but the team at Digital NinjaZ took care of me and the Mac! Professional and priced fair! I highly recommend! Chris helped me through most of the process.

I needed a battery replacement for my laptop.I called a previous company I have used, but the amount they wanted was WAY out of my price range due to being a full-time college student.I asked the wonderful Palm Harbor Happenings for a recommendation and Digital NinjaZ was highly recommended.I called them and within two days my laptop was working like brand new! Extreme professionalism. Saved my iMac I had 10-12 years worth of data on, most irreplaceable. Such a pleasure to do business with. I am happy to report....after being scammed/hacked etc. Terry came to my house and cleaned every thing up!!!! He not only did a great job, but very professional. Plus he showed me some things I can do on my own.....that's scary! Terry and Lucy (my dog) got along great.....thank you. I HIGHLY recommend Digital Ninja and Terry.
