This is Bev Brown, Clearwater, Fl. Just this past month I contacted the amazing team at Design One, Paul, Travis & Stephanie, for their advice about some vintage rings I inherited from my precious mother. The first thing that impressed me was the time they took to listen concerning my family history, happy & sad, regarding the loss, but the lasting legacy of my Greatest Generation Parents. With that, we devised a "plan of care" resulting in a truly gorgeous transformation of my mother's platinum diamond bridal/engagement set as well as her beautiful emerald & diamond gold ring that was a challenge at best to essentially remake! At all times, everyone was forthcoming, respectful, professional, & most of all caring in every detail of the technical work & in our interaction. Great service, quick and solid offer for my gold chain yesterday. In and out without an issue and got to meet this cute pupper before heading out. Will come again to sell more if I need to... or maybe for the dog.

This incredible business was recommended to me by neighbors 5 years ago and, ever since, I have had all my diamond rings worked on here. Not only are they incredibly trustworthy, but they go above and beyond to help the customer. In one instance, I had a ring missing 2 small diamonds; they replaced them (faster than the estimated time) and a few months later another small diamond fell out likely due to a crack inside the metal of the ring. Not knowing if it was even the same stone that had been replaced, at no charge, Paul replaced the stone AND fixed the crack inside the metal of the ring. WOW. They always do phenomenal work and are such a pleasure to work with. I refer all my friends here because of the amazing work and customer service.

This is the place you want to trust with your jewelry! I had a gold bracelet I needed sized and a pearl ring I needed repaired, both of which were my grandmothers who has passed away. I wanted to take these pieces somewhere I knew would take good care of them, as they mean a lot to me, and my expectations were exceeded. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the customer service was on point! My bracelet turned out to be too small the first time, and they resized it a second time with no complaint. I’m very happy with how everything turned out and I will be returning if ever needed in the future. Thank you guys so much!

My mom broke her gold chain, the had in no time at all and cleaned the charm. We don't keep a lot of jewelry,but when we do have work to be done we like coming here. The people are always nice and let us know the best way to go about fixing or replacing things.

Paul & his team are the best in the business. My husband and Paul collaborated to create the most beautiful engagement ring for me. We then got our wedding bands as well. This place is the only jewelry store I trust. I live about 30 minutes away and I happily drive here to have my wedding ring inspected every 6 months. I've also brought them a ton of jewelry to appraise and they provide fair prices. Paul is the owner and he creates gorgeous custom made pieces. I had a number of estate items, pieces I no longer wore, three silver dollar coins and several damaged pieces that I wanted to sell. Having recently viewed Design One Jewelers' TV commercial, they won me over as being honest business owners. I traveled 45 minutes from my home to their establishment, being warmly welcomed by Stephanie and Travis. Travis walked me through each step to validate and weigh each item, followed by Stephanie examining the gem stones. Both explained in detail how they arrived at a purchase price. A high level of honesty was easily established. I also had the privilege of meeting Paul. My only regret is that this fine establishment is so far from my home!Marge Sobkow
