Great staff, honest recommendations, had my Truck and SUV serviced over the last 2 weeks. I am confident they will keep both in great condition with maintenance and repair work.
Now August, had headlamps installed, poorly adjusted, returned to inform them lights need adjustment, they returned vehicle, they werent safely adjusted ill say.
Spent $189.00 at dealer in Georgia, now they are fine. Im going into today to see what their answer is for my issue.
Returned to explain concerns, after vacation I said I will bring in truck, which I still feel there is an issue with lights. When I showed charges paid for dealer adjustment, “ What do you want us to do?” I replied, “ We will figure it out , when I return”. Honestly, I expect to be reimbursed, and a replacement light assembly installed. Lets see what happens. I will be returning 9/12/24.
I changed stars to 4, and will adjust after the resolving of the issues.

De Lorenzo Tire & Auto Service took great care of me. I bought $1,000 worth of new tires, but on the 5 mile trip home a large bolt penetrated my front left sidewall. De Lorenzo immediately ordered a warranty replacement. I put on my spare and the valve stem blew out, so I had to have the car towed to the shop, They replaced the damaged "5 mile" tire, and repaired the spare, for no charge.

I had great caring customer service the first time I went in and all subsequent visits. I have recognized knowledgeable mechanics, whether it's brakes, struts, tires, undercarriage issues, or simple oil changes. Large or small vehicles....THIS is your home for car care.

Had a slow leak in my two front tires. Shop was able to identify nail in the front passenger and patch it for free as I do business here for the last couple years. It is a family own shop. These guys are great they’ll take care of you. The tire on the front left had to be replaced. There was a bubble forming on the sidewall which can lead to a blowout on my run flat. I went ahead and replace the tire. The tire came in over the weekend. They had it done by Monday afternoon took no longer than a half a day to get everything situated. Thank you again always a great experience always love to support local businesses.

I don’t trust many with my baby and searched for a recommended local shop that wouldn’t charge Lexus dealership fees and that I could trust. Delorenzo came highly recommended. They did the brakes/rotors and changed the oil on my Lexus. They were quick, Mack communicated with me throughout and I will definitely be taking my baby back to them for future maintenance! Thank you

I just wanted everyone to know that I appreciated the customer care that was and has been given to me by De Lorenzo Tire & Auto Service. As I stated [previously this company kepted my vehicle running the whole time that I was and had to be admitted to one of the most prestigious hospitals in the state of Florida and that hospital was MOFFITT CANCER HOSPITAL OF TAMPA FLORIDA. I was already frightened because of the tumors found, but after being there for 3 1/2 years it was discovered that there was NO CANCER! This company kepted my car in good running order! I will always be grateful for this company's service and protection of my automobile.
