The manager Christina is so welcoming and helpful. she didn't have any hotspot devices but found one at another store so I could purchase. i back today because my hotspot was done she helped me find a better plan based off my usage. she is awesome!

I went in and there was out in 45 min and I had a bunch of changes I needed to make to my plan . Staff was helpful fast and genuinely helped me find the apsalute cheapest plan that I asked to have .nothing was pushed on me / I didn't have any feeling of ""oh they are just trying to sell me something " .Great experience.

I wanted to get new service. Bring my number and phone. Christina made this such an easy process! Super friendly, very knowledgeable and her customer service was amazing. I recommend seeing Christina if you are looking to get new service through Cricket. Thanks again!

The competency of the staff at this Cricket store depends on when you go. I had an excellent sales girl several months back who sold me a phone. They were out of the cases that I wanted so she told me to come back on 2 weeks, which I did. When I went back to pick up my new case the sales guy seemed as if he couldn't have cared less. I had a receipt , it showed up in their records but he could not confirm I had not received the case. I assured him I had not. Basically, he was telling me that I was lying. When I asked to speak to the manager, this guy said he was in his St Pete store...but finally got him on the phone, which got me no where. The manager said the same thing: "Prove it." The discussion was insulting and unprofessional. I did leave with a case...but will never go back to this store again. I have had much better luck with the store in Palm Harbor.

Nobody was at the store and there wasn't a note on the glass of when someone would return. I was not happy and there was another customer waiting when I pulled up. You are a large Company, there needs to be some kind of communication.

Tiffany was absolutely amazing! She went out of her way to correct an issue I had with my phone. The type of service I experienced was way above and beyond what I expected from a phone service provider. Not only was my new phone replaced due to a battery issue, but she took the time to make sure the replacement was working properly as if it was her own! Additionally, I saw first hand how she treats her other customers with respect, dignity and empathy when a customer feels confused about the technical aspects of wireless technology or not happy with their service. Tiffany has the highest standards of customer service in my humble opinion. I highly recommend this Cricket Wireless location and I will be back for sure. Thanks again!
