This office never answers the phone. I used Adam as an agent and he never returns messages, emails or texts. Adam has his office workers handle all the interactions. Paula was the only help and it wasnt super helpful. It was hell trying to get them to help me with paperwork I needed for a refinance. They don't return phone calls or emails. The customer service is horrible. You have to leave a voicemail and still no one calls you back. The mortgage loan officer even tried emailing or calling to no avail. I cannot recommend this company and have tried to change to a different agent but have to wait until 2 months before my policy renews. Take your business elsewhere.

I'll add my name to the growing list of existing customers who can't get anyone to pick up a call, return a call or an email. I had this agency for many years and I'm forced to go elsewhere.

When it was just Condon-Meek, everything was great. I got quick responses to emails, calls were returned promptly. Since they merged with Flagler Insurance it has been the complete opposite. I can rarely talk to a person and end up having to call Travelers directly. I have been trying for two days to make a change only the agency can make, because they have 100% control of policy, but I cannot get anyone to call me back. I have left dozens of messages but cannot get a response.

Horrible company! Try calling multiple times in the past 2 weeks and no one answers. My parents been a loyal customer for 5+ years and when my mom calls and needs to change or add something on her policy no one answers or returns her calls. This company is going down hill fast. Time to find a different company and advise everyone else to do the same! Shame on you Condon Meek!

Poor company, if you think you have insurance be careful because they don’t communicate to you that your coverage is being dropped! They just let it lapse and leave you to scramble. Found out there was no coverage after two months when my bank got in touch with me. Reached out Adam Moffett and Mr. Meek and still waiting for return phone call from them. When you know someone’s coverage is being cancelled you should do everything in your power to make sure they are aware and provide them ample time to pick up new coverage. But instead they just continued collecting commission off of my flood insurance policy.

Custom since '09. Unresponsive and never really understood my business or what coverage I had. I'm a contractor and would routinely call to make sure my coverage allowed for the work I was bidding. If you could get a call back from your agent they would always say, yes, you are covered. However when you need them you will find that not to be the case. Condon-Meek Insurance WILL create major unexpected cost for you business.

Very, very disappointed my homeowner's policy was supposed to be renewed in May. I thought that it would be renewed automatically. I was wrong. I received nothing from the agency about renewal. However, the insurance company did send the bill to the mortgage company, which they never received. I called in June when I found out it wasn't paid, not an issue. I got lots of lip service and a lot of we will call the mortgage company and get it sorted out. Well that never happened. Again, another phone call and again more lip service. Finally called to talk to Adam. Rude doesn't even begin to describe that interaction. He then told me that the policy was being dropped in Florida and that the notice was in January. I never knew, I was never notified. So why would a bill be sent to the mortgage company in May? Needless to say, the call ended with Adam telling me to find another insurance agent in" Pasco County" where you live. Adam, I live in Hernando County. It's sad that all you do is collect your fee and don't either care or want to know your customers. Professionalism goes a long way, and you truly need to get some.

Between my home, auto and flood insurance, my rep (Jeremiah) helped me lower my annual premiums by $900 and I have MORE coverage. He also did a great job at explaining the different items so I could make my own educated decision on how much coverage I need.

I was a customer of Condon-Meek since the mid 90's, and for most of that tine they were great. I recently missed the deadline to renew my insurance, this was my fault not their's. However, once we started to reup the insurance everything went down hill. My agent Addison is no longer an employee at this location, and boy do they miss her. She was fantastic and very proactive. I received a return call from Janean after leaving a couple of messages requesting electronic documents, I am legally blind. In fact, the wait for the docs were part of the reason we missed the deadline. It seemed all was going to work out when she left me a message that the docs had been emailed and ready for docusign. They never showed up. I left many messages over a couple of days asking her to resend them and leaving email addresses to make sure she had them correct. After I did not receive anything by phone or email, I tried calling a few more times. I finally chose a different prompt and Jeramiah answered the phone. He informed me that they were very busy due to the holiday weekend, which I understand. I mentioned to him I just needed to know if they can find coverage or if I need to look for a different agent. He then told me that if I do not hear from her by the end of the day, I should look for a new agency. I said really? I have been a customer of yours since around 1995, and he said Thank you have a nice day and hung up the phone on me. Needless to say I switched to a new agency that also saved me $500 for my homeowners from the quote Condon-Meek gave me. I do not know what has changed over there, but I have recommended many people to this group, and I will now do the opposite.Oh, and an entire week later I still have not received a call from anyone at Condon Meek Insurance.If a 0 was possible I would have given them a 0. If they treat their long term customers like this, how will they treat new ones.
