I dropped off a Sceptre TV I had 6 years that decided to quit on me. Larry was very friendly and helpful. He got back to me within a few days with good news. He was an to repair it back to normal. He and his staff are excellent. BTW, they sell used TVs there too that are in excellent shape. Good to know. Highly recommended!
